It wasn't as great as expected.

we stayed at the west wing. the staff was rude and unenthusiastic everywhere you went from check in to food court. room was okay. not much of a view, athrooms had no privacy since it has hazy green see through walls. The wifi and phone reception was TERRIBLE. During phone calls in the room if I walked around the call would drop. couldn't use the Wi-Fi at all in any device. then the hotel was super crowded during a major event to the point where it was difficult to get to your room.. no thanks I'll take my business elsewhere. we have stayed at nicer hotels for a lot cheaper on the strip. $200 security fee.. thank we really needed that money during our trip and $28 per day resort fee.

Loud & Cold

This hotel is nice except for a few things: 1. As soon as you walk into the room you are in the bathroom. Not much privacy and hopefully you aren't coming out of the shower as someone else is entering the room. 2. The hot water took 10-15 minutes to heat up. Once it was hot it stayed hot, but showers had to be planned to allow enough time for warm up. 3. Everyday at 9am there will be helicopters flying for the rest of the day. If you plan to stay up late and attempt to sleep in this is not your place. For the price plus all the surcharges for amenities that I didn't even use I will most likely stay elsewhere for any future trips.

Amazing hotel, staff could be better.

The hotel is GREAT. Room and amenities were beyond pleasing. Very clean and modern without ridiculous price tags. In person staff is very efficient. Over the phone staff, not so much. Upon calling I inquired about any additional fees the lady notified me of resort fees which I was aware of. She stated there would be no fees or other deductions besides those. Completely false and I was informed by my room service staff. To me that is completely unacceptable. Never was informed about the rather high deductions for additional fees. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I just advise to triple check fees. I'm sure I'm not the only one who isn't too find of the hidden stuff.

Right in the heart of Vegas!

The MGM GRAND offers so many things to do. It was raining all day on our quick visit and there were so many things to do inside. Also, easy access to other surrounding hotels. I would definitely stay here again! We even were able to check in a few hours early.
