perfect gateaway

Perfect can't complaint about this place the only thing is that they did charge me I don't know why if I didn't use anything that would charge me I only use the fridge to put my own water an tv an towel which they should charge for that I will call when my bank statement post the transaction to see why other the that can't complain

Great value

The staff is friendly and price was unbeatable! Go eat at the seafood buffet at Rio Hotel.

Bathroom was neglected

Hi, The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a giant glob of hair stuck on the wall of the shower wall. I was a very thick and long glob of hair covering over a foot of the wall. The shower head had a thick lime covering on the face of the shower where the water comes out. This came of easily when I scraped a small chunk of it off with my finger nail. This really shows that the "room service crew" don't care and don't pay attention to what they are doing at that hotel. When I informed the cleaning crew they were very apologic and cleaned up the shower. When I informed the front desk they were very condensending and acted as if I was complaining over nothing.

Getting reaquainted with a special friend.

I think the walls between rooms or from one floor to the other are too thin....we heard people talk clearly and loudly enough to feel unconfortable, I turned the TV on to drown their conversation out. I was disappointed with the bedding. The workmanship of the bedding sheets, comforter and towels was cheap. The bathtub had a film as if it had not been cleaned and remained like that throughout my stay of 3 nights. When I phoned the front desk, I felt like I was bothering the young man who answered.

Booking a room a the Marriott is always safe!

I like the Marriott hotels, always clean and updated, but when go to Las Vegas Need to stay on the Strip. The only bad experience was checking in with this unpleasant, unhappy, negative attitude, rude older lady at the front desk. Front desk is the front of the Hotel. What Happen Mr Marriott? :)

4th of July 2011

The room was very clean and everything was in order. Very typical of Marriott hotels. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was priced right for the value you get. I'm not a smoker, nor a gambler; the hotel was perfect for me. Encore and Wynn are a short taxi ride away. Walgreens, Ross, and Denny's are a short walk away.

Vegas with the kids

Great Stay

Stayed in a corner suite on 10th floor, away from elevators for one night while passing thru town. Great room; loved the separate-ish room for us while the kids could watch tv / sleep on the fold out bed in front room area. The master bed was very comfortable; fold out so-so. The pool area was setup well and worked out great with kids. Clean and great service from staff. Would stay again.

No Casino noise!

Loved that it was off the strip. A nice walk and you were in the middle of all the restrents and night life, all was available just not in your lobby. Room was well appointed with both a LR & BR great for the business traveler.

Not so great

The Las Vegas Marriot experience was average. The hotel room was nice but the internet was not free, and the breakfast was below average. It felt like they just stopped trying to provide a decent service because there are a lot of options for dinning in Vegas

No frills

The hotel was functional. Would be nice if there were more rooms with two beds rather than single king size.
