I've had worse, but it was a long time ago.

The price was good and the room large. That's about the best I can say about this hotel. I don't believe the owners think enough about this place since they haven't put the sign at t5he top of the building. I couldn't even see the sign till I was almost on top of it. There are not enough signs in the halls. I had to ask a maid where the pool was. The room numbers send you in a circle looking for your room. If you are looking for a good place to stay, this isn't it.

very very poor

the hotel was way off the strip, the rooms were old the service was poor. There also were missing the little things like no coffee pot, no pens in room ,no tv guide to know what channels to watch. The ice machine was very far away from the room and then it didnt work, had to go to a lower floor to get ice. Also when room service brought me ice hadto call twice and then the ice bucket had a hole in it. The people that work there were rude.

dark, dingy, dirty

definitely not a destination hotel. it's redeeming factor is that is on the monorail and you can get to other hotels and casinos for a quick and easy ride. the rooms and bathrooms are screaming for an upgrade. at least it was only $100 for a friday night and i didn't have to hang out there.

LVH

Room 2221. Just a room with a bed and a bath. Very low flow shower head in the name of being GREEN. Same use of water, but now takes a half hour. Toilet flap leaks water constantly in the cause of going GREEN. No pen, no paper pad. No hair dryer. No effort. Stay at a motel.

Not what I Paid For

I paid and reserved a king size bed and upgraded room. When I arrived at the hotel I am told that I am getting double beds instead which is not what I paid for. There solution was to give me a room without the upgraded amenities that I paid for but with a king size bed. Or just give me a full cash refund and sorry for my troubles which leaving me SOL.

Very unfriendly Staff. Card Dealers rude and uncaring.

I stayed in the older section of the Hotel which was not relayed to me at the time of checkin. The carpet was frayed, vents were dirty, and room was very noisy. For $50.00 more a day I could upgrade to a nicer room. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Hotel is located a long ways from everything, i.e. Strip, Downtown, Restaurants, etc. They do have access to the Monorail, which is nice.

Just ok !!!!

This was my first time in Las Vegas.I will start with the good things first. I was really happy that there were several places to eat in the hotel. There is also a night with very over priced drinks 3 drinks for $41 too much.Only 3 of the staff members were nice out of all of the employees that I encountered. The room was spacious but it smelled. I had to call for hand towels. The toliet seat was faded out. The soap was the worst and cheapest soap that I ever used.
