My review of Las Vegas Hilton
We had a problem with the safe and the blow dryer in the room, we called house keeping and the problems were fixed within 10 mins. It was also my birthday, and my parents called the front disk, the staff made sure to get me a goodies basket to the room. The hotel is off the strip, but we took the monorail and had no problem. It was a great experience, the staff is very nice, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything you need is there.
The Hilton Las Vegas was a good choice for my first visit to Vegas. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool area was very large and kept up well. Hotel has many restaurants and shops and a large casino. Only drawback on the casino was there was no poker room. Very close to everything on the strip, but not actually on the strip. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice hotel in Las Vegas!
This hotel seems to cater to families. It is extremely well-kept, they seem to be cleaning the lobby all the time. They do it quietly so as not to disturb the public. We have stayed in a larger room before, but this time we just needed a room for overnight, and this was perfect. It is amazing to see smiling faces, and hear pleasant remarks from the staff at all times. They really do want to please you. We particularly liked the buffet for breakfast and dinner, very reasonable. Free adjoing parking was a big plus. We rode the monorail to and from the strip -- after a late show, it was so much quicker than waiting for a cab! Security people were all around and we felt safe at all times. We did use the pool or fitness center, so can not comment much about them. They looked nice.

updated room
The room was a nice surprise, the carpet and bed, linens, etc were all new or nice. The tub was old but in good shape, extra large size tub - like a whirlpool without the jets. A bead of white caulk was needed to cover the old, but that is being nit-picky. The pool area was fine, with plenty of cabanas and padded chairs for rent. The pool was not sparkling clean, I could see my feet clearer in our local lake. Last visit a few years ago was when I was still Hilton Honors Diamond and got an upgrade to a pool level room with a step down sitting area and a nice patio, the room was great, but not updated like the room on the 12th floor this stay. I would return now that the rooms are again new looking with the update. I just hope they get clear water in the pool. The whirlpool/hot tub by the pool had very clean water. They also had two suitcase stands in the room.

The Mini Honeymoon Stay
My wife and I were there from Friday May 02, 2008 through Sunday May 04,2008 check in went well, the room was in perfect condition, bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the night light was enjoyable specially from the 23rd floor where our room was located, which the view was very romantic and relaxing to the point that my wife was able to enjoy the little moment we would have in the room, after having a long and busy day from walking up and down the strip. Where the Hotel is located the location is perfect. For this to be our honeymoon I may say our stay was lovely and enjoyable. Hope every one that get to stay at the Las Vegas Hilton is able to enjoy there stay as we did.

Great Business Center
The Las Vegas Hilton was very nice. the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My wife and I enjoyed the Sunday Brunch, which was reasonably priced. The only downer was that the Hotel was well off of the strip and the fashion center where my wife wanted to visit. Even the monorail stops left a good walk to the center.

Nice Hotel

You can take the Monorail to many stops on the strip. This feature is really nice especially at night. Also, taxi's were not that expensive to return to the hotel after the monorail closes. The Toby Kieth I Love this Bar and Grill is an excellent place to eat for lunch or dinner. At dinner they have a live band which is nice.

very comfortable/friendly
My stay at the Las Vegas Hilton was exceptional. Check in was very quick, and the desk staff was friendly and very helpful with information. Room was very large, queen size bed, great view, kept very clean, and the bathroom had a jucuzzi tub which for me was an added bonus, especially after all the walking along the stip, shops, site seeing tours, etc. Pool and Spa area was excellent, great service from the bar staff, and very relaxing to spend a quiet day by the pool having a few drinks in the sun.

For me the location was great. It was not on the stip, but not too far away from anything I wanted to see or do. The Monorail went right to the hotel making it easy to get around the city downtown core, or just a quick reasonable cab ride to anywhere I wanted to go. The restaurant in the lobby has the best meatloaf I've ever had by way!
