Central to the casino floor are the famous "Dealertainer" celebrity card dealers. More entertainment includes Human Nature's Motown Tribute, Frank Marino's cross-dressing Divas, the acrobats of Japan's Matsuri and the world-class Auto Collections.Highlights
- Guests enjoy no resort fees at Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino!
- The Auto Collections, one of the largest classic car showrooms with $100 million USD worth of inventory on display and for sale
- "Dealtertainers," card dealers dressed as famous celebrities like Elvis, Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton and more
- Smokey Robinson presents Australia's Human Nature, "The Ultimate Celebration of Motown"
- Oversized portions of unique, savory comfort food served at Hash House A Go Go

Imperial Palace 2/12
We spent eight days at the IP, which we chose based on relatively low rates and an excellent central-Strip location, across from Caesars. This is an older property with a faintly run-down air. Rooms were clean enough; decor was adequate but bland. The only in-house restaurant we tried, Quesadilla, was mediocre; we mostly ate elsewhere. The casino area is exceptionally smoky even by Las Vegas standards. Staff okay, except for one chambermaid who seemed to be unacquainted with the phrase "Do Not Disturb." Overall, a merely okay place to sleep, while using the amenities of better hotels nearby.

Ordered the delux luv tub room, which was less than Delux
Room did not look like advertisement besides the most basic amenities. Entering the room was disappointing for the over all lack of flair that was to be expected. Most disappointing was the fact there was No bed spread provided, only sheets and pillows. When haven asked for a bed spread we received two individual scratchy foot blankets.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was big. It was comfy. Great price. Nice staff. Awesome location. Ask for the non-smoking room. I even met people who said the hotel is pet-friendly. I highly recommend this deal.

1st room a nightmare, 2nd room great!
upon my arrival to the hotel, i was informed that they did not have a non-smoking room available, but would be able to give me one the next morning, not a problem after all i was staying in a casino filled with smokers. i was disappointed and a little frightened by my journey to my room which seemed to be on the other side of the world and which if you plan on having a few cocktails, be sure to hire a guide to get you back there. starting at the lobby on first floor, i was directed to a bank of elevators at the other side of the casino, (try getting past all the gamblers with luggage in tow) i then would need to go up to the second floor, only to walk down a long hallway to another elevator where then i would then go down to first floor, walk down the hall a very dark and secluded place to my room i was traveling by myself and so uncomfortable would be an understatement.. Once i arrived to my room, i found that it was clean and had good water pressure (my 2 requirements), then i open my curtain and realized that right outside my window was a roof top covered with pigeon dung and a staircase that anyone could climb and so shutting the curtain would hopefully keep the peeping toms away, but since the window had no metal bar that i could secure, it was a restless nights sleep. as promised i did get a new room the next day and this room is really what i based this survey on. so take it from me if they lead you up 1 floor to only go back down one floor, take your money and run. but if you are looking for location i would give this hotel a 5 star rating!!!

good location on the strip
I was very pleased with the room size, lack of noise factor and cleanliness of the room. The wait to get a room was average but it really depends on your arrival time. You can be done in one second or can be 5 minutes or more. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I really liked my stay.

Perfect location for the best price!
My boyfriend and I decided on a last minute trip to Vegas for his birthday weekend, Feb. 26-28. This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for...in the center of the strip, free parking for the time frame we were there, and at a super fantastic price. It was the cheapest place on the strip but that doesn't mean the hotel was cheap. Our room was a really great size. The bed was what I would call a "typical hotel bed", not as comfy as our own, but the pillows were amazingly fluffy. The bathroom had a hair dryer which was perfect since I forgot mine, and there was almost every size towel you might need... times 2. Basic cable was available and if you needed a small refrigerator brought to the room they could do that (for a fee, of course). We didn't eat at any of the restaurants but 90% of the reviews I read said the food quality and value were great. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone trying to save a little money on a greatly valued room so that they might have a little extra spending for other things!

I would highly recommend that everyone take a really good look at all of the things the hotel gives you upon check-in. There are some really good deals in there for food, drinks, shopping, and sightseeing. I wish I would have looked at it sooner.
