Basic long-term studio facility in an average location.
slightly overpriced compared to similar extended stay facilities in the area, but still comfortable and centrally located. This hotel is a good alternative to other glitzy Las Vegas resort hotels. Very slow internet connection and just an average breakfast at best, but very quiet with accommodating staff.

put out on street at night
I arrived at hotel at night with my confirmation code paid for room online ,even had hotel confirmation code...I was told they had no rooms, sold out "sorry"..I called everywhere, whole city was no rooms available, large convention in town. I had no where to go...was told I had to go out of lobby on street...spent night on street...they probably got a higher price and sold the rooms for higher price...lookout for this place...other costomers were coming in that night and say thing "sorry sold out"

Great bargain, clean rooms, discount at denny's across the way & it's open 24 hrs for snacking:-) Friendly staff...check out time should be moved up to 12 noon...11am for VEGAS is way tooo early!

Weekend getaway
Booked two room for three people. One room requested for two beds, but both rooms given were single bed. This hotel was not able to correct the problem or offered any refund. We got robbed!

short trip to vegas
I had to go to vegas for a business trip and this time i stayed at homestead. the staff are very friendly and useful. they called and made sure that everything was ok and if i needed anything. the rooms are clean and have all appliances such as refrigerator and stove and microwave.

Family overnight stay
We stayed at the Homestead while traveling back from Disneyland. Its not to far of the strip and there is lots a restraunts and a grocery store right down the street. The lady and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the hotel was very quite. Suprising for a holiday weekend. I am very satisfied with our stay and will plan to stay again.
