great hotel
this hotel was perfect! it's in a great location- right in the middle of the strip. the room was clean and comfortable. we didn't spend a lot of time in our room (of course! we're in vegas!). the casino was great! they have a huge selection of slot machines. they also have a lot of tables for different games. we ate at the flavors buffet. food was great and it was worth the money ($20/person). the only downside of the room was the lack of electrical outlets. i had to charge my phone in the bathroom because there weren't any outlets by the nightstands.

Good average hotel for the Strip
THe hotel is as I expected, an older Vegas hotel, but in the middle of the Strip so brings it up a notch. I upgraded my room for $20.00 a night and was glad I did. My friend stayed in the standard room and was very disappointed. All in all it was about what I expected.

Great Hotel
Hotel is right on the Strip, close to everything. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Pillows not too comfortable though. Excellent buffet. KGB is great, but not all that impressed with Toby Keith's. Shows were great, especially Mac King and Legends. Great place for the money!

Perfect for what I needed
I was at a convention being held across the street. I saved $200 by staying at Harrah's with just a simple walk across the street. Being a single woman, I felt safe in the hotel and on the street. All the staff was completely polite and courteous! I will stay there again at the next convention!

The hotel was great, but it's not located on the nicest section of the strip. Had more fun downtown. The buffet is the pit's.

best deal for the money
I have stayed at almost every hotel in Vegas and Harrah's was the best deal for the money on this trip. It might not be a "mega" resort but it has the best location on the strip, not to far from anything, and the room had just been renovated. At $32 per night it was the place to stay.

Generally comfortable & clean
no major issues. Was a good deal. However, if you are at all a light sleeper, I cannot recommend. Hotel rooms have a lot of self-noise (weird little clicks and blips) and the walls & door are anything but soundproof. Otherwise was comfortable & staff was pleasant.
