Nice, but not Super!
The hotel room was nice, staff were helpful and friendly, however, for the extra fee and the amount of money spent per night, several things in the room did not work. Mini bar wouldn't open, sink was clogged and bath tub as well. Called to have them come look at it, but they never did.

HRH Tower WOW!!!
We arrived by limo in a private unloading area for HRH Tower very good staff for check-in. 8th floor the room looked exactly like it did online when we finally crashed for the night the king size bed just sucked you in. It was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The whole room was great and it came with its own juke box wow. The room was beautiful. We had an issue with the room safe and some lights out , but they were very quick to resolve the issues with very friendly security and maintenance people whole expierence was great. Good location we are in our 50's don't know if I would want to be there when the pool is open, bet it gets crazy!!!!

5 day getaway with friends.
I have never written a review before but I hope this saves someone from making a huge mistake. DO NOT STAY HERE. The room view was a joke. Nice French doors that opened to a roof without a view. Although they do have nice big air-conditioners to stare at and listen to. The TV had a hole in the screen and the remote did not work. The light fixture literally fell of the wall when we tried to turn them on. The bathroom was dirty to say the least. If your looking to stay at a hotel where the rock stars have already partied in your room and left it for you, then have fun. Would not stay there even if it was free!

Beautiful, fun property. Not old or stuffy.
We loved our stay at the Hard Rock. The staff was amazing, the restaurants were yummy & fun, our room was beautiful, & the bed was so comfy. The only downside was that it was way off the Strip, and the hotel runs a limited shuttle service to the Strip. After 5PM, you are forced to use cabs.

Fantastic vacay
First of all, the location was key. I prefer to stay away from the busy parts of Vegas, but not too far as to make it troublesome to travel. Check in was easy, as it should be, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable, haven't slept that well in a long time! Overall, I've had one of the most memorable stays at this hotel.

Guys Trip to HRH
We checked into our hotel early at 2pm and were told that our room was not ready and that we should check back at 3pm. Our room was not ready at 3 or 4pm either, and we ended up getting a call from the hotel at 5pm that our room was ready. In any event that is unsatisfactory, staff were nice in the Casino and room was cleaned up really nice each day.

Enjoyable trip
The trip was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that Hard Rock Casino & Hotel was not within reasonable walking distance from Las Vegas Blvd. The hotel and casino were excellent.
