Family Holiday

I love the Gold Coast and have spent in the region of 52 weeks there over the last 25 years. My major gripe is the resort fee which adds so much more to the holiday than it used to. $3-4 OK but $12 is over the top

A very bad experience

Horrible customer service, exceedingly unfriendly staff (except for David the valet / doorman who was great every time we saw him), and inflexible managers. I will not return. Expect hidden fees.

Complete disappointed

From the moment we drove up to Valet there was no available bellhops. Went to sign in at guest registration only to find out that my prepaid/confirmed room was given away to another guest. Finally found a bellhop but then ended up having to wait half an hour or so for him to finally show up to our room with our things. Valet lost my friends personal house keys that were attached to her vehicle keys. Fortunately, they were found and turned in at the front desk and most importantly, we were still in town/state. Our room TV did not work and so they had to send their engineer to have it repaired. It was was disappointment & frustration after another. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

World series of poker stay

I was there for the WSOP, really close to the Rio where I was playing so it was perfect and it is a cheap hotel. Good place overall!

Everything was just awesome!

From check-in to check-out, everything was just great. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location was very satisfied. It was not too far from everyting. The shuttle bus was very convenient. My trip was a quick one, but everything went smooth because of the great hotel. I was very grateful to stay there. ^^

Fine room, good food

The rooms are nice and clean. The shower did make the bathroom floor a little wet. But it is great value. About half the price of the Rio across the street. Also the food choices are good. Ping Pang Pong is great. TGIF Fridays is open 24 hours and serves breakfast from midnight until 4 pm. Very handy when you are keeping Vegas hours.
