A peaceful and quite place for Vegas vacation

We stayed two nights in this hotel just before Christmas. This is the place where we do not need to wait in a long line to check in, do not be bothered any noise, do not have second hand smoking, etc . The hotel offers a very quite place to retreat in this vibrant city during this busy holiday season. As a very impressive service from the hotel, I really appreciate the free shoe shining service which is beyond my expectation. The room is spacious and very clean.

Just a great hotel experience

This was a trip I had promised my oldest daughter when she turned 21 - she's now 27 and sister is 25. I decided to "do it up" and book the 4 Seasons. It was perfect choice as my wife and I enjoyed the serenity of the hotel vs. the Vegas environment and thought the girls would have the choice of hanging out at the Mandalay Bay pool if they wanted. Surprisingly, both preferred the 4 Seasons "pampering" like we did. Turn down service, leave shoes outside door for free shines, bottled water, slippers and bathrobes, cappacino maker in the lobby - on and on... We rented a car at the airport so we could check out Red Rock Canyon park 20 min. away - new bottles of water in the car every time you pick the car up at the valet. No check in line, everyone smiling and saying good morning, etc. I've stayed at the Bellagio, Caesars, Mirage, Venetian - this by far the best experience. We upgraded to a 1 BR suite plus double room for the girls - great move to have a living room for everyone to hang out in. Only thing I would have changed is asking for a view of the strip vs. the highway. Location is at the south end of the strip, so be prepared for min. hour walks to see the other hotels, City Centre, etc. We'll be back!

Absolutely Excellent Service

The service at the Four Seasons is exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we knew we had made the right choice in hotels. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My husband and I were travelling with our 13 year old daughter who thought she was in paradise! The pool staff is great! We loved the entire pool experience--the helpful and friendly staff, the beautiful surroundings, and the complimentary amenities. Housekeeping staff were friendly, and everyone we came in contact with seemed happy to be working at the Four Seasons. We ate at the Verandah restaurant and had a very nice experience. The food was excellent, and again, the service was outstanding. We would highly recommend the Four Seasons and would definitely stay there again when visiting Las Vegas.

EXCELLENT FOR FAMILY WITH SMALL KIDS.

Was at the hotel on memorial day weekend, could not find better location.we have a two year old daughter so the staff were superb at making us at home,it was different at other hotels,we went to 'Mirage' for their buffet which was pretty bad and lot of drunks around making a ruckus.our hotel at 'four seasons'was oasis in chaos of the sin city.Their two restaurants ,verandah and charlie palmer are excellent.
