great experience

This was a very last minute booking after my (confirmed and paid for) reservation at another hotel was cancelled by the hotel due to overbooking. As a result I ended up choosing the Four Seasons and am extremely satisfied with my decision to do so. The Four Seasons in Las Vegas is a small property and quieter than most in the area but still highly accessible to everything on the Strip. The staff are consistently friendly and responsive, often remembering the names of guests which creates a very personal experience. In addition, the hotel management has clearly empowered the team; if something is even slightly off or wrong they proactively offer a solution, consistently reinforcing that the customer experience is integral to their brand and something that you can count on when staying with Four Seasons.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

If you are thinking of eating at Circo in the Bellagio I would skip it. The staff is outrageously pretentious and the food is very average.

Book me here anytime

As long as you can find the entrance to the express elevator, life is good at the Four Seasons. All the things done well from valet service to Tylenol in room. The shared spa below at the Mandalay Bay is quite nice. Plan to bring the kidlets next time.

Good Alternative to Mandalay Bay

If you can afford it, the Four Seasons is a very luxurious and serene antidote to the noise and clamor going on below you in Mandalay Bay. I would recommend over The Hotel as the place to stay if you have a conference at Mandalay Bay.
