I really enjoyed our stay at 4 Seasons. It was a beautiful hotel, the rooms were spacious and very nice. Next time I will make sure we have a view of the strip.

Fabulous!

While the rooms were not as posh as expected(though the bed was heavenly!), the service of every single person was outstanding and we will always return to a Four Seasons based on this premises. Any request was taken as normal. You never felt uncomfortable requesting something extra or off the menu. Room service was happy to service as we were at dinner at 9pm. Truly above and beyond. They have given the Ritz's a run for their money.

Nice, but other 5 stars are just as nice

My wife and I have stayed at several of Vegas' 5 star hotels over the years. This was our first stay at the Four Seasons and I expected more compared to our other experiences. Our room was nice but nothing special. The staff was great, but nothing special. We'll come back, but only if the price is right.

Great value

The Four Seasons always treats their guests as well as humanly possible. Even in a city like Las Vegas, they stand out by leaving cold bottles of water in your car when the valet brings it up. This place rocks and is a great deal compared to the other 5 Star casino/hotels. Also, it is at the top of the Mandalay Bay but with a separate entrance. This gives you easy access to the casino.

great experience

This was a very last minute booking after my (confirmed and paid for) reservation at another hotel was cancelled by the hotel due to overbooking. As a result I ended up choosing the Four Seasons and am extremely satisfied with my decision to do so. The Four Seasons in Las Vegas is a small property and quieter than most in the area but still highly accessible to everything on the Strip. The staff are consistently friendly and responsive, often remembering the names of guests which creates a very personal experience. In addition, the hotel management has clearly empowered the team; if something is even slightly off or wrong they proactively offer a solution, consistently reinforcing that the customer experience is integral to their brand and something that you can count on when staying with Four Seasons.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

If you are thinking of eating at Circo in the Bellagio I would skip it. The staff is outrageously pretentious and the food is very average.
