welcome to 1982

my stay was short (2nights/3days), bu tin that time i have seen plenty of problems and i am not even understanding how can they claim that this is a hotel worth Las Vegas in 21st century. 1.WIFI- $8.99/day+tax 2.refrigerator!!! - $8.00/day+tax < yes you are reading right you have to pay extra for fridge. Hallway leading to the room, stunk so bad by a mix of chlorine, cigarettes and spilled alcohol, that it was nauseating. I paid too much for this run-down hotel. Magnolia restaurant could use not just new seating (torn seats, booth), my friend noted, maybe a mouse will come out of that.....they could definitely use new waiters and ones that could actually understand and speak English.(**except their manager who was very quick and to the point) Room: Carpet smelled like fresh chlorine powder was sprinkled on the top, bath towels smelled really "different" and as mentioned, we did not even had fridge ($8 extra charge /day), no wifi, lamp did not work (whether it was cord or bulb = no clue). ...i think i'll stop now.

Fun casino and a good crash pad.

This is a great hotel if you don't care that the room is outdated but it's a fun casino and right on Freemont St. The temperture control in our room was touchy and there was dust hanging off the sprinkler. The location and slots in the casino saves the hotel. The machines aren't tight and you're right on the old strip.

Can't wait till next time!

No issues here and that is what I want. Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. Great room with a view. Location could not be better for someone wanting the Vegas experience without driving all over town. Can't wait to stay there again
