Dining

Hamada of Japan
For nearly a decade, Hamada of Japan has been a Las Vegas favorite for those seeking an authentic Japanese dining experience.
Carlos'n Charlie's
Carlos'n Charlie's is where you can go to get loose, get loud and get some potentially valuable photos of your friends doing the same thing. Sure, we have some amazing food and the best drinks in town. But let's face it, we're really all about fun. So if you can't have fun, you can't have dessert, and you don't want to miss what we can do with a can of whipped cream! Feel free at Carlos'n Charlie's.
Sin City Brewing Company
Especially on a hot summer's day, there's nothing quite like a hand-crafted, microbrewed beer. That's exactly what you'll find at Sin City Brewing Company's second location, at the fabulous Flamingo.
Paradise Garden Buffet
Watch the playful antics of live penguins and flamingos while enjoying a fresh feast at the Paradise Garden Buffet. Enjoy a scrumptious salad and fresh fruit bar along with mounds of shrimp on ice, Alaskan crab legs and seafood salads.
Pink Bean
Serving freshly brewed gourmet coffee, espresso and cappuccino, Java Coast also offers sandwiches, desserts and Nathan's Famous hot dogs (southwest casino location only). Both locales offer indoor and patio seating.
Lounges
Even Bugsy Siegel liked to take a break from the action from time to time - and the bars of the Flamingo proudly honor this tradition. From a laid-back lounge that looks out to our Wildlife Habitat to a bar where gamers gather in the middle of the blazing casino floor, the Flamingo Las Vegas is packed with refreshing options.
Tropical Breeze Cafe
This 24-hour casual dining restaurant overlooks the beautiful Flamingo Wildlife Habitat. Cuisine is traditional American fare with an extensive array of appetizers, pastas, soups, salads and home-style entrees. Enjoy a fresh breakfast or stop in for an afternoon snack.
Margaritaville
"Margaritaville is as much a state of mind as it is a place." The multi-level Caribbean-themed entertainment venue offers two outdoor patios overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, a nautical-themed restaurant, five distinctive bars, live entertainment nightly (both indoors and outdoors) and a 3,000 square-foot retail store. The menu reflects the flavors of Jimmy Buffett's island travels.
Beach Club Bar & Grill
During the summer months, guests can grab a light snack or relaxing lunch at the Flamingo Beach Club Cafe, with a front-row seat on the sparkling blue waters of the Upper Pool.
Center Cut Steakhouse
The menu features steakhouse favorites such as the 20 ounce rib eye and the 24 ounce porterhouse, made with all natural premium beef sourced from Aspen Ridge Farms in Colorado. The beef is provided by cows that are born and raised solely in the United States and are 100 percent hormone and steroid-free. In addition to mouth-watering steaks, the menu offers a wide variety of seafood dishes and other exquisitely prepared entrees such as the ultimate steakhouse Kobe burger and rack of lamb. Rounding out the menu is an assortment of delicious salads, sides and desserts.

Meeting Info
With cutting-edge equipment and more than 50,000 square feet of versatile banquet and meeting space - including the 20,800 square-foot Sunset Ballroom - groups as small as 20 or as large as 2,000 will find the Flamingo's facilities ideal for tasteful dinner parties, posh cocktail receptions, or productive business conferences.

fun with my granddaughter!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Flamingo and would highly recommend this place. Very fast elevator service. We loved the great buffets. Staff very friendly and helpful. I only wish the hotel would provide coffee pots. We had a great view of the Strip from our room.

great stay!

From the minute we walked in we felt at home! The personnel there was fantastic especially at the desk @ check in he was a great help and made us feel very comfortable. The only down fall to the whole stay was the pool. I think security consistency is very important! The first day we attended the pool we had brought down a bottle of pop and the security guard let us in without question the second day we attended the pool again we brought a bottle of pop the security guard would not let us in what a load of bull if there was consistency there wouldn't be any confusion of what can be brought in or not I felt this was unfair to us and did not use the pool the rest of my stay for fear of what I can bring or not.

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

Plan on walkways being closed during constructions if you are on a time crunch you may want to be prepared to leave a little early if you plan on walking the walkways are not always open and if they are you will have to do some backtracking to get to you're designated area. the skyway system is good but definitely know you're direction. The bus system is great if you want a quick trip to Fremont 6.00 a person for two hours but we found the 8.00 for 24 hours pass was the best deal and it takes you up and down the strip. The flamingo offers also a shuttle to and from the airport for 7.00 a person that's a pretty good deal as well.

Ordinary hotel

The outside needs a paint job. Not enough staff at registration. I was with a wedding party and ended up 8 floors below them and in a different tower. I was told I was near them.

Needs more updating

The Fab Deluxe rooms have a laminate floor instead of worn carpeting and new flat screens. Old furniture and bathrooms. The casino has not seen an update since Buggys. The hotel does have a great location which makes up any short comings.

The Flamingo Hotel

The flamingo garden was wonderful! The cleanliness of the room was a little dusty. They did not mop the bathroom floors. The bed was okay. It was a little hard with no bed spread, only sheets. I had to ask for blankets because it was cold. The view was good. The restraints were too expensive. Even the buffet was too expensive when compared to other restraints on the strip( high priced good).

good location around other casino and business.

Its was very nice and on the last day I got a very bad mirgraine in which I got sick about 6 time. The hotel let us stay about an hour and a half longer in our room because check out time was at 11 and our plane didn't leave until 11:55 that night. They try to give us a quit place to sit but when you are in a casino there is never a quit place.I was getting sicker so my husband ask the hotel manager if there was any way we can get a room and just pay until we caught own plane. They charge us 150.00 and waive the service charge in which we were glad.I didn't get any better by 9:00 so we ask if we could stay the night and how much more will it be and they told us we could and didn,t charge us any more.but we could stay because wanted to charge us 1200.00 dollar to change our flight. So the hotel was great but TranAm suck. You ever fly in a plane being sick to your stomach and a bad mirgraine it's not fun.Plus there were about 6 to 8 emply seat so I know there were emply seats on the other flights that was leaving the next day.
