Get rid of the resort fee!

The rooms are great and the location was convenient for my trip to Red Rock Canyon, but I was not expecting a $10/day resort fee. It included the local newspaper (except on Sunday), parking, local calls, toll-free calls, and wifi. Since every customer can park for free, I don't see why they charge guests for it.

Denny's value slam is only $1.99. It includes 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 bacon or sausage, althought you need to purchase a beverage.

Good Place to stay for low price

Had a good nights sleep, the hotel room is pretty plain, everything was neat and clean, did have a problem with my internet but it was resolved. The main reason I stayed here was for the price, which was great !!! I would stay here again to save money, I don't really need a fancy place unless I'm with the wife. And Garduno's inside is a great place to eat!

Fiesta Hotel for a Weekend

A very affordable hotel with a local touch. Far off the Strip in North LV, this is not the place for the top-flight gambling set. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. Rooms are simple but clean and well presented. There is no workspace, however, for the business traveller.

Gardunos for a more New Mexican to Northern Mexican food (not Tex-Mex or Cal-Mex).

Awful, Awful, Awful

I will never stay at this hotel again. I called early in the afternoon to verify I could get a king bed because I had made the reservation with an outside source. The hotel could not find my reservation and said they would not confirm a bed size until I checked in. So we checked in and was told yes, we did have a king. My husband is 6 ft 4 in and has a bad knee that can not hang off the end or side of the bed, and I am somewhat handicapped, so we need a king size bed. I should not have to justify our need for a king bed to anybody. When I got to the room it was a queen, and the bed had no bedspread on it. The bedspread was folded up in the closet. I called the desk and the lady said "that is what we call a king." I said "no, it is either a king or a queen." She then said , "well, we only have one king in the whole hotel and it is occupied." The queen bed did have a king size headboard that stuck past the width of the bed! The bathroom was not very clean as the toilet looked like it could use a good cleaning. We could also hear every word that was being said in the next room. On a positive note, the handicapped shower was wonderful. But we will never stay there again. I guess you get what you pay for.
