Extended Stay America - Las Vegas - Valley View

micheal was very nice i really enjoyed this place very nice and clean i well come back again i really enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at other hotels in this chain but this one was older and in need of upgrade. Advertised breakfast was not available, no glasses, refrigerator and general interior worn and old. Bed was comfortable. Location near Rio was ok but groceries and public transportation left a lot to desire. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I needed a place close to the Palms as my friends were staying there but I was on short notice. The Palms was running $1000 for one of the nights! This hotel was across the street. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. For 2 nights it was fine. Two issues need addressing: the beds should be upgraded to queens and more comfortable, and the bedrooms need an air conditioner of their own. A little fan in the wall is supposed to blow air from the living room into the bedroom and is insufficient. Otherwise great accommodations.

for the money was a good deal. had a suite for the price of a room. nothing fancy, just plain good for the bucks. very content even though on second floor. everything clean with no odor. would stay there again.

Nothing special. Generally clean much like our timeshare. Fine for $60/night weekend.

This was a very basic hotel with kitchenette. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, I slept well. If you want a hair dryer you must request from front desk. They didn't have any so we had to buy one, as we didn't want to take a chance and hope they would have one the next day. No shampoo/conditioner is provided, just hand soap, so bring your own. All in all, if you need to save money, this is a very good value for the money.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. It was nothing fancy, but it was close to the strip, and the savings that we got from the hotel was put towards more gambling and entertainment. What more can you ask for?

If you are looking for a decent budget hotel during your travel to Vegas. This is it. It is half a mile away from the strip. I did drive to the strip parked all day..gambled all night. Came back to crash at the ESA. It is a nice one bed room suite and for the price, its worth it. Gold Coin casino nearby has a great buffet (10 bucks). Overall if Im looking to just crash and not expect to lounge around at the pool or hang out at the hotel all day. You cannot find a better deal.

The bed was terrible.

We first got there the hotel was closed but we called the emergency number they had on the window and the front desk answered right away and came to open the lobby and get us settled in. The process was fast and hassle free. When we got to our room we were very impressed with the size of the room. Over all experience was great.
