Good place to go to
Its a decent place to stay but definitely not my favorite i think they have alot of things to improve on,like better places to eat n better shows to watch, the furniture its kind of old and my matress had a coupple of springs sticking out,but still a good place to stay if you dont want to spend alot of money, after all most of the day you are going to be walking up and down the strip

You get what you pay for
A group of 4 of us booked a trip to LV for a friends wedding. We stayed Sat-Wednesday at Excalibur. The hotel wasn't bad, but I can best explain it by simply saying "You get what you pay for". The hotel is pretty old and outdated, but clean. We stayed in Tower 1, which hasn't been renovated yet. Beds were comfy, pillows a little hard. View of Las Vegas Blvd. The hotel has an odd smell to it...we couldn't quite figure it out. Kind of smelled like a sauna. We only received 2 Free Drink tickets when checking in, and our other friend received 2 Free Tickets for each day!! Pools were clean, but pretty chilly. Overall, it was worth what we paid. I had read reviews saying pay a little more and stay somewhere else, and us 4 all agree!!

Enjoyed our family vacation (our daughters 1st time in vegas)
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Easy access to the strip, and really enjoyed what this hotel had to offer. Didn't have to go outside to access two other hotels/casinos because this hotel had a walkway that connected them.

If trying to see the Grand Canyon, do a bus trip, do not try to drive yourself. You will benefit more by doing a bus tour.
