Located next door to flagship property Wynn Las Vegas, Encore is a distinct destination with its own repertoire of accommodations, culinary offerings and leisure activities. Central to Encore's fanciful and intimate atmosphere are sunlit corridors with flowering atria and sprawling pools visible from throughout the property. Natural light floods the resort to reveal vibrant butterflies, signature mosaics, textured environments and elegant detailing.
A refuge of sophisticated chic, the 2,034 suites offer the ultimate luxury of space in a comfortable, residential setting. They feature floor to ceiling windows with dramatic views, thoughtful detailing, advanced technologies and timeless design.
In keeping with the culinary standards set by Wynn Las Vegas, Encore's five signature restaurants pair our master chefs with personally-prepared gourmet fare to create culinary experiences prepared to please the most discerning and well-traveled palates. Whatever your pleasure, the restaurants at Encore don't just satisfy your appetite - they entertain it. Added to the array of imaginative cuisine cooked by the chefs themselves, are the unusually imaginative new restaurant environments at Botero, Sinatra, Switch, Wazuzu, and Society Cafe Encore.
The Esplanade is retail therapy with offerings in clothing, shoe, jewelry, home décor and accessory stores. A vaulted avenue, the boutiques span the timeless classic of Hermès to the edgy new Rock & Republic.
Legendary nightlife entrepreneur Victor Drai expands upon the chic social scene with the premiere of a new club concept at Encore, aptly titled "XS." The poolside ambiance mingles with the nightclub's decadent vibe to create an oasis at Las Vegas' most exclusive address.
Offering moments of contrast to the energizing pace of Las Vegas, the Spa and Salon provide yet another experience of comfort and elegant ambience, designed to emphasize the "treat" in treatments.
If creating the distinctive guest experience is an art, Steve Wynn's newest masterpiece is an Encore. The environments attempt to be unlike anything anywhere-uniquely Wynn, now distinctly Encore.

Encore complements Wynn Las Vegas' repertoire of accommodations, culinary offerings and leisure activities with 11 new retail outlets, seven cozy bars and lounges, five signature restaurants, one ultra-chic nightclub and an opulent spa and salon.
Star Chef Mark LoRusso creates beyond-the-curve steaks, chops and modern cuisine as bold and voluptuous as the Boteros that grace this poolside space. The hip lounge scene gives way to a high energy outdoor experience that extends deep into the night.
Acclaimed Chef Theo Schoenegger creates a culinary homage to 'Ol Blue Eyes featuring modern riffs on classic Italian cooking - all served in a gorgeous space brimming with Sinatra charisma.
The denizens of cool are gathering at Las Vegas' newest hotspot, where Chef Kim Canteenwalla's wildly imaginative American cooking makes even three square meals hip.
Dinner is theatre at Switch - Chef Marc Poidevin's unique, French-inspired seafood and post modern steakhouse where the ambience may change as much as the flavors through the course of the evening. Switch will not only satisfy your palate - it will entertain it!
What's up at Wazuzu? Simply the delectably innovative pan-Asian cooking of rising star Chef Jet Tila. This dramatic café showcases his deft touch with Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Singaporian and Thai cuisines.

Overpriced Hotel
Lora0229 Dec 2, 2009
The hotel itself is nice but have to say not as impressive by any means to hotels such as The Venetian, Paris and Bellagio. ... The Encore & Wynn are at the far end of the strip and with the high prices of the food there we had to walk to other hotels to eat and it was quite a walk. The hallway on our floor smelled consistently of "smelly feet" of which we complained with no response from the hotel at all. The air conditioner in our room was also VERY noisy of which we complained about with no response from the hotel. We got the feeling from the Encore that they really only cater to "high end" clients and since we did not fall into that category, they were not that friendly. All of the shops that we entered in to at either the Encore or Wynn were not even acknowledged even though the sales people made eye contact with us each and every time. How do they know whether or not we can afford to make a purchase? You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover right?? I would definitely recommend staying at a hotel more in the middle of the strip.

Thanksgiving Weekend at the Encore
SavvyStacey Dec 1, 2009
Best room I ever stayed in - large bathroom with great soaking tub; I had a bath every night of my stay. Oh and I walked TV ... from the tub...there is a TV in every bathroom. Fantastic living room. Great bed - had a good night's sleep every night. Our room faced downtown LV, so check in early and try to get one that faces the strip. Beautiful hotel lobby, pool, casino. New and very well kept/maintained
Traveler type: Couples
Try venturing downtown LV for more reasonable dining options, especially for breakfast. Before you leave, try the lunch buffet at the Wynn, called "The Buffet" - it is worth the $22.

Sammysnake Dec 1, 2009
Wonderfull hotel if a little too far down the strip, but then only place it could have been built. We couldn't seem to find a ... casual restaurant where you could just get a snack, especially breakfast, apart from the Pizza Place, so went to either the Pallazio or Venetian. Room was wonderfull, and the whole hotel very impressive, enjoyed the show that was there also great shops, though a bit too pricey for us, but then it is a 5 star hotel. Last time stayed at the Venetian and although that is also a 5 starr hotel found the restaurants were much more varied. Dont think we will go back to Vagas again, too many other places to see but would recommend the Wynn if asked for a great hotel to stay. In my opinion, Wynn, along with Pallazio and Venetian, the only place to stay.

Breathtaking!
Marine Nov 30, 2009
We ate in four gourmet restaurants which were all superb. I liked the concept of staying at the Encore and having access to ... the Wynn by walking thru the Esplanade which includes upscale stores. We booked the Encore at Wynn because both hotels are not kid friendly which made it more romantic and classy for couples to relax. Definately not a family hotel. Can't wait to return. Overall, it's the best in Vegas. Steve Wynn knows how to roll out the red carpet for his guests.

Anniversary couple Nov 29, 2009
We made the right choice choosing this location. A few days off at this elegant property and the Skywalk tour of the Grand ... Canyon made this anniversary one of our best celebrations. At the last minute we decided to see a show and with the help of the concierge staff we got great seats. Room ammenities and the view were outstanding, everything you could possibly want or need is available. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone as it appeals to all ages.
Traveler type: Couples
You can walk most places from the hotel but if you would rather take transportation for up and down the strip, suggest using the double-decker bus the 'deuce' with an all day pass. You can get on and off all day.

LovetheNanny Nov 28, 2009
We've travelled to Las Vegas since 77' about every year and have stayed everywhere, including the Bellagio on many ... occassions. The Encore and Wynn are SO much better than any of the other ones! The staff are all wonderfully trained (but not at all "standoffish or uppity) and we really don't like that when hotels or their staff act that way! The Encore was gorgeous, the room was beautiful and the comps they give when you spend at their resorts are totally awesome! The food was incredible. Best steak ever at the Society Cafe and we used to live in Kansas City, where steak is king! We were totally delighted with our Encore trip for 4 nights and very happy we stayed there. As a matter of fact, that will be our "home base" from now on....every year! Do NOT waste your money elsewhere when you can be treated so well at Wynn's Resorts.

Craig C Nov 28, 2009
We had several options when selecting our hotel but we went to the ENCORE due to its new-ness and from the photos on line. We ... were not disappointed. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a higher floor by a VERY helpful, warm and welcoming staff member....who only carried on the friendliness from the person who opened the cab door to the person who opened the front door for us. A very nice way to start the Encore experience. There is even a baeutiful aroma to this hotel which one subtly notices....the decor is penomenal.... The casino is small is scale compared to the other large hotels and ven copared to its sister hotel WYNN but we actually treasured this, opposed to being annoyed at the small size. It stayed less crowded, there was always room to join a game or to play a slot machine... The food was superb. We ate in several of therestaurants there....again, the help, presentation and tastes wer wonderful. We went to see the show that is housed at WYNN "Le Reve" amd I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone traveling to Vegas. I know if I do travel back to Vegas in the future I will have no thought but to stay again at ENCORE.

We've been to Vegas many times and have never stayed at a hotel of this quality. The rooms were so spacious and well kept and ... also quiet. The location is great (right across from a shopping mall with every store you can think of, Nieman Marcus, Macy's Bloomingdales, Nordstroms, Dillards etc. etc.) Food was a little pricey and service in restaurants a little slow but over all a terrific place to stay!

Frustrating exprience
Paws Nov 24, 2009
Staying at Encore was frustrating at most. Though I still think the suite room was gorgeous, a bit smaller than average suite ... though, I would not stay there again... My first room was strip view, which I thought was great at first, but I woke up in the middle of night b/c of the music sound and couldn't sleep until it was gone (4 am). The music was from XS nightclub which is located by the pool, and I could hear it as if the room next mine is having a huge dance party (and shockingly I was in 27th floor!!) Other than this noise problem, I found a few hair from the previous guests in the bathroom... didn't feel so clean.. and their system was so unsyncronized, I had so much problem when I change my room and check-out...
