Fantastic hotel and staff

Everything about our stay was fantastic, the only reason I'm not giving them five stars was because of the "resort fee" you can't avoid, even if you know about it ahead of time and don't want what it gets you. It's $25 + tax so all in $28/night. I think it covers internet and the gym, two things you're probably not using too much if you're doing Vegas right, but they said you can't avoid it unless you're part of a business group or something. Seemed pretty petty for a resort that was already charging us $350/night. Service was impeccable, room was spotless, location is great, pool is fantastic, can't recommend the experience more.

Less Frenetic Location

Has nice but limited amenities. In combination with the sister Wynn hotel, the experience is much better. The hotel are not in the middle of things which enables a more relaxed atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Sightseeing tip: Long walk from hotel

This hotel is not in the middle of things on the Strip. So..if you are looking for less congestion, this is your place. The casino is ok although a short walk to the Wynn, a sister property, provides more dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities.

Great hotel but hidden costs

The hotel is great (rooms, amenities, staff, availability of personnel, elevators, pools, restaurants, clubs, etc...) But there are some hidden costs that i do not appreciate very much (ex. a 25usd per night extra charge, a service fee, the fact that if you lift certain objects of the mini bar for more than 60 seconds these get automatically charged to your room...) Overall the experience was great but these put a little stain in everything

superb rooms & decor

The hotel itself was beautiful. The room decor was classy spacious with all the mod cons that you'd find in a 5 star hotel. There are 2 pools, one for adults only and one for kids and adults. Plenty of deck chairs but the service was slow around the pool. The gym was big and the spa had a hot and wet sauna, 4 spa pools of various degrees and a number of different showers (rain etc).. but both of the facilities cost you to use. The room was spotlessly clean and the maids were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. When it came to breakfast, I found it hard to find a restaurant that I could go to with a good selection of meal options - lunch and dinner had far more options. Checkin took a little while to get through the crowd but the staff were very friendly once I got to the counter and the porters were very helpful with advice on where to go and what to do. I would and will be staying there again.
