Under the big top, more family fun awaits
Opened in 1968, Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas is one of the oldest hotels on the Strip, and though its classic neon lights are typical of the Vegas cityscape, the hotel itself is modern. Check in for the evening at the 100,000-square-foot casino, or spin, roll and coast away the days at the onsite theme park, Adventuredome.

Neighborhood

Circus Circus Hotel and Casino is at the north end of the Strip. With all the advantages of a slightly quieter location and the nearby Wynn Golf Club, it's still easy to walk the Strip, and a short ride from the Fremont Street Experience, home of the 'original' Las Vegas sign.

Traveling with children? Designed with families in mind, Circus Circus packs in many excellent distractions for the kids, including the Midway Carnival, and rides like the Happy Feet theatre experience at the onsite theme park.

Wonderful trip

I really enjoyed this trip. I thought that this was going to be an old hotel that was just for kids but boy was I wrong. Very modern hotel!! Lots of amenities. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were in the room with the king size bed on the 32nd floor. The bathrooms, the elevators, the buffet, everything was clean and neat. Great buffet. Food tasted excellent and the chef making the omelets was great.. I haven't had an omelet like that in a long time. The price of the buffet was a little high especially since the selection could have been larger in my opinion. But all in all great place to stay and eat.

GOOD LOCATION REASONABLE PRICE

HUSBAND, PLAYED IN APA POOL TOURNEY AT RIVIERA. SO OUR TRIP ACROSS THE STREET WAS SHORT. CIRCUS AT CHECK IN WAS LONG, AS THE ROON ASSIGNED WAS OCCUPIED, BUT TURNED OUT GREAT AS WE WERE GIVEN ROOM IN THE WEST TOWER, ROOM DID NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE INFO OR PAD OR PENCIL BUT VERY CLEAN AND KING BED VERY COMFORTABLE. WOULD USE CIRCUS AGAIN. ALL DEALERS WERE NICE FRIENDLY AND FUN TO SIT WITH. RESTURANTS WERE PRETTY GOOD, LIKE CASINO CAFE VERY MUCH. ALSO MEXITAL CAFE TOO. THE GRILL ROOM IS OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED. THE BUFFET WAS GOOD WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF FOODS. OUR OVERALL TRIP AND TIME SPENT AT CIRCUS WAS DELIGHTFUL. THE PLAYERS CLUB PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND MOST HELPFUL.

good for the $$$

The room was great for the price we paid. the downfalls were that there was a big bag of garbage still in the room when we checked in, the faucet on the tub ran constantly the entire week we were there, the water pressure in the shower was little more than a trickle, and the toilet was tricky to flush. the walkways were very crowded with kids at all hours of the day and night. at 4am one night I saw three kids under the age of 8 playing on the escalators unattended. positive things were that the housekeeping staff was great at making sure to not bother you if you requested it and the walk from the hotel to our regular destination (the Riviera) was pleasant and easy to handle. Slots-a-fun has great drink specials as well!

Good Value

I came to LV to play in a pool tournament at the Riviera. I chose to stay at the Circus Circus because of it's price and location. Overall it is a good value, but it is extremely crowded. The halls and walkways are very narrow. This makes it difficult to walk and people are constantly bumping into you. Also, they want you to pay $12 per day for wireless internet access. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Internet access should be included with the room fee.

Great location, Great price

I was in Las Vegas for the APA 9-ball pool tournament held at the Riviera. I truly enjoyed my stay at Circus Circus, but I felt that the room could have been just a little better maintained. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and was nearly unbearable even when using only slightly warm water. I had to ask each day for hand towels and face cloths. On the brighter side, I loved the amenities as well as the shops and restaurants.

Ok Trip would've been great for the kids

We were there for a billiards tournament which was across the street at the Riviera. Of course it was a hectic week to begin with but we had problems getting to our rooms in the Skyrise Tower due to everything in the middle of the midway where the game room and all the kiosks. The prices were outrageous and their slots were tight!

You get what you pay for!

This is very basic hotel. If you dont care about cleanlyness or the staff being nice or helpful and dont plan on spending much time at the hotel than you are in the right place. The only thing the hotel has going for it is the indoor theme park for families.
