Great Value, short walk to the strip.

Of our 6 day trip, we rented a car and spent one day going to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Spent another day visiting Santa Monica, CA. Enjoyed seeing the wax museum, Aquariums, shark reef and MGM's Lion Habitat. We recommend seeing the Fremont Street Experience. Don't go too far off the strip, though that is where you will find tent communities. Las Vegas would be a great long-weekend trip, 6 days was too long for us.

Great value!

Good accommodations for the price. The free circus acts were fabulous and we enjoyed the children in the lobby area. Our room was in the manor so was quite quiet, except for one night when the trash dumpster was being emptied rather late at night. The buffet was a wonderful bargain, service friendly and efficient, parking convenient, lots of things to do and an especially great place for children to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again. Nice to be away from all the strip activity a bit but easy access to all main sites we were interested in.

Best Value for the Price

I received VIP treatment at check-in, from valet parking attendants and bell boys. They really made my visit enjoyable. The room exceeded my expectations and we liked the amenities very much.

Horrible weekend

The minute we walked in the door someone from Tahti Village time shares said they were going to comp us. We did not know that it was a time share we thought it was the hotel. We had just arrived and were tired and misinformed. They were very pushy and we ended up giving them $40 and it would be returned to us after we went on the trip. The next morning I asked for my money back and it was a hugh hassle to get it and they were very rude. These people were at every corner bugging you. They gave us the wrong room we wanted the room we had booked and had to pay more for it. Some drunk guy in the hallway saw us and tried to pick a fight with my husband for no reason. Security had to be called. And the hotels comments were we can't control what happens. They didn't offer any discount or maybe a free dinner or even an apology. All employees were rude and by the time we left the manger was so rude when I told him about our weekend that we just went home early. I will never stay at this hotel. I wrote a letter to corporate and they just didn't care.

Cirus Circus

The first day we checked in we lost our key to the safe. My husband tried for 4 hours to get someone to come to the room to get it open and everytime he would call the front desk they would tell him, sir you just place your call 30 mins ago and what went form we will be there in 10 mins went to we will get there tommorrow. We ended up missing out on a whole day of vacation cause all of our money was locked in the safe.

Good stay at Circus Circus

Spent three nights at Circus Circus while in Vegas for a business seminar. Location was on the north end of the strip but was definitely walkable to other hotels and had a Deuce stop right out front (which I used quite a bit, particularly when it rained). My King room in the Skyrise Tower was clean and roomy -- albeit initially hard to find, since you have to walk past the Adventuredome toward the back of the hotel (where the reception area is located) to get to the Skyrise elevators. But once I figured it out, it was no problem. Didn't gamble in the casino (the odds offered aren't very good compared to the rest of Vegas) but it appeared perfectly fine. The presence of both a McDonalds and a Krispy Kreme inside the hotel was welcome. Service at the front desk was prompt and courteous -- though in fairness I did not -- unlike many posters on this site, apparently -- spend much time at the reception desk. I would mention that the folks at the Bell desk watched my bag both coming and going efficiently and without any problem. Overall, a good stay at a very reasonable price.

Circus Circus

Our stay at Circus Circus Las Vegas was really fun. I enjoyed the shops and also had a little fun at the little amusement park they had. The beds are very comfortable so comfortable that we missed our show. It wasn't noisy like I thought it would be. Overall I enjoyed my stay...

First Vegas trip spent at circus circus

When I checked into the hotel the line was loonnnggg. It took about a 30-45 minutes to get to my room including waiting in line at check in and actually walking to the door. After that, I was cool. The room was very clean which I love! The view kind of sucked because I was in the skyrise tower and I saw the adventure dome (cool) and another tower. No strip view. Channels were good, I am a news watcher anyway. The hotel had a lot of traffic and much to do for the kids. I didn't have time to visit the adventure dome but I wish I had. Its a long walk if you stay in the skyrise tower to the strip entrance but once you get there you are in heaven. Casino is very cool with an acrobat show, I caught that walking through. The sales people in the shops inside of the hotel are relentless!! They all want to sell you something so bring your negotiating skills for good deals. The service at the hotel is spectacular. They were helpful at ALL times. Wonderful service and can answer any question about the hotel, transportation, and directions. They were wonderful really.

Nightlife tip: Long walk from hotel

At night I would recommend getting a rental because the taxi cab line is ridiculous no matter what time. In the daytime, the bus is the truth, it goes everywhere the action is on the strip and surrounding.

Excellent Value

We had a wonderful time in the hotel...lots to do with under 21 kids and/or non-gambling adults!! The Adventuredome was terrific, and the circus and midway were fun as well. There were lots of shops with very varied merchandise. The two tickets to a Cirque show that were included in our package sealed the deal. If you like to gamble, the Casino looked great as well. The only drawback was that the bathroom had no ventilation so it tended to smell. Minor problem though since we didn't spend much time in the hotel room.
