If you have kids this is the place to be. You are at the end of the strip so you're far from all the other casinos and make sure you find out about the additional resort fee. We didn't find out until our check in about this so we were a little
caught off guard but it wasn't too bad for 2 rooms.
It's been a long time since I stayed at Circus Circus but in 2012 it was just OK, with gaming arcades and free circus shows to entertain the kids while their folks gambles. The restaurants were OK, not great but it was cheap so i would still
recommend it for families on a budget.
The hotel was okay with spacious room in the main casino tower. The $20 food/drink credit voucher can only be used at two bars (one outside the casino) and the super expensive steak house, not the buffet or any of the deli and fast food shops
inside the casino. It's totally useless unless you want to pay $75 for a steak with $20 coupon!
