Under the big top, more family fun awaits
Opened in 1968, Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas is one of the oldest hotels on the Strip, and though its classic neon lights are typical of the Vegas cityscape, the hotel itself is modern. Operated by MGM Resorts International, the complex is home to shopping alleys filled with designer fashions, hair and beauty salons, along with its signature trapeze and acrobatic shows. Check in for the evening at the 100,000-square-foot casino, or spin, roll and coast away the days at the onsite theme park, Adventuredome.

Key facts

  • 3,773 guestrooms
  • 100,000-square-foot casino
  • 9 restaurants: The Steakhouse, Barista Bagels, Blue Iguana Mexican Express, Circus Buffet,Horse-A-Round Snack Bar, Pizzeria, The Garden Grill, Vince Neil's Eat – Drink – Party, Westside Deli

  • 21,400-square-foot meeting and convention space

Neighborhood

Circus Circus Hotel and Casino is at the north end of the Strip. With all the advantages of a slightly quieter location and the nearby Wynn Golf Club, it's still easy to walk the Strip, and a short ride from the Fremont Street Experience, home of the 'original' Las Vegas sign.

Hints and tips
Traveling with children? Designed with families in mind, Circus Circus packs in many excellent distractions for the kids, including the Midway Carnival, and rides like the Happy Feet theatre experience at the onsite theme park.

If you're looking to get hitched, there's a wedding chapel onsite.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This was a great place for the whole family. We arrived late to a welcoming hot shower and into bed. We enjoyed the arcade and the shows which were perfect length to hold the attention of younger children. To our amazment the games in the arcade we very generous and the children went home with stuffed animals and great memories. The pools were another huge success. This hotel stay was a joy for the whole family. We adults enjoyed the casino and being able to have some adult fun along the way. We even witnessed a young couple recieving a orange mustang, they had just won. We were so excited for them. All and all, from booking to check out, I was over joyed with the ease and quality of the trip.

Love staying here!

This is the second time we've stayed at the Circus Circus hotel. Although it is a bit far away from a lot of the other hotels on the strip, it is within walking distance of the Monorail, which can take us to many of the other casinos. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. We highly recommend!

Good Location, Decent Bed/Pillows

The location is fun and great. You're right on the stip, with gambling downstairs as well as resaurants. The rooms are clean and contemporary; however, and upgrade on the pillows would be nice. They are a bit stiff, though obviously you're still beating a motel 6. I purchased this room at a 50% discount week, so I stayed two nights all tax inclusive for $100 total which can hardly be beat for the location. The ride El Loco is a must. Only $10 and it's 72 seconds you won't forget soon. :)

Affordable stay

Could not beat the price! The room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a tad small and had no ventilation or exhaust fan leaving the mirror very foggy after showering. The price was very affordable.

Great value

It's located at Las Vegas Strip, the rooms and AC are very comfortable, but it's an old hotel. Anyways, we only used the hotel to take showers and sleep very few hours, you gotta make the most of our time in Vegas, so it was a good choice, although next time I travel there, I would pick a more modern hotel.
