Las Vegas, NV
McCarran International Airport
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
Chef Jean-Marie Josselin combines classical European and Asian culinary techniques with ethnic ingredients of the Pacific Rim and the freshest seafood of the Islands.
The brilliantly decorated Neros restaurant offers creative, contemporary American cuisine, beautifully presented and meticulously prepared, specializing in fresh fish, seafood and prime, dry-aged beef.
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cote de gros turbot a l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Hyakumi features exotic Japanese specialties, sushi, Teppan Yaki or a la carte dining.
Famed Bay Area chef Bradley Ogden, whose new take on classic "farm fresh" American cuisine has earned him national acclaim and a gallery of top culinary awards, opened his first restaurant outside of California at Caesars Palace.
Direct from mainland China, Sea Harbour features award-winning authentic Cantonese seafood, including live-to-table selections and exquisite abalone. Open seven nights weekly for dinner only.
This joint venture between Caesars Palace and world-famous Pastry Chef and chocolatier Francois Payard, offers classic French bistro fare and fresh pastries for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner, a four-course all-dessert tasting menu. A retail area also offers chocolates, candies, pastries and coffee to go. Located adjacent to hot-spot Rao's, Payard Patisserie & Bistro Caesars Palace takes an effervescent and whimsical, yet upscale, approach to the classic neighborhood pastry shops found throughout Paris' Left Bank. Enjoy croissants, beignets, craquelin, quiche, savory buckwheat crepes, seared salmon salad and much more at breakfast and lunch. Payard deliberately chose to forego a traditional dinner menu in favor of an all-dessert menu showcasing his inimitable style- courses include Le Fromage (a marriage of cheese and fruit dishes); The Orchard (fruit-based desserts); Coffee, Caramel and Nuts; and Tout Chocolat. Menu items can also be ordered a la carte at the counter bar.
International and American favorites anytime day or night. This poolside dining experience offers an extensive a la carte menu and buffet.
Award-winning chef, best-selling cookbook author, and popular television personality Bobby Flay brings the vibrant Southwestern cuisine of his acclaimed Mesa Grill to Las Vegas with his first restaurant outside of New York City at Caesars Palace.
An innovative new dining destination. Inspired by many regional cuisines of mainland China and brought directly from Beijing's sophisticated dining scene, this new casual restaurant offers China's renowned hand-pulled noodles, authentic Shanghai house-made soup dumplings, Cantonese-style a la carte dim sum favorites, signature roasted and braised meats, and live-to-table seafood specialties - all served in a uniquely designed, bird's nest-inspired glowing floral cocoon.
Serendipity 3, one of New York City's most beloved eateries with more than 50 years of history, comes to Caesars Palace! Offering guests a whimsical cafe with many similarities to its New York location, the over-the-top desserts and sweets are perfect for the ultimate indulgence. The menu combines transplanted favorites like the Forbidden Broadway Sundae and Frrrozen Hot Chocolate with new Vegas creations like "Strip" Steak Sandwiches and the Jackpot Sundae.
At Rao's Caesars Palace, Executive Chef Carla Pellegrino prepares the same food that has made the New York location famous, and impossible to get in- Italian cuisine at its finest. The sublime culinary experiences are right at home in recreations of the original Rao's- brick walls, dark oak wood floors, and tin ceilings echo the design of its namesake, in multiple intimate settings. Two small "Rao's Rooms" - just 10 tables each - flank the bar and central space, while the "Feast Room" seats 70 at family-style tables amid the twinkle of Christmas lights. "The Park" is a 50-seat lounge that conjures an al-fresco-like atmosphere and features a replica of Rao's famous street corner facade. A poolside outdoor terrace offers seating for 62 near a bocce ball court. Open for dinner daily. All major credit cards are accepted. For reservations, call (702) 731-RAOS.

We had reservations for a non-smoking room with a king bed in an upgraded tower. However when we got there after waiting in ... the long check-in line they did not have this type of room available. Excellent Stay!
Maika'i Dec 7, 2009
I checked into the hotel at 12:30am and even at this hour of the morning the staff was alert and courteous. My conference ... was being held in the Palace Tower Ballroom so I asked if I could switch to a room in that same Tower. Even though the computer system was down, [...] the front desk was very accommodating and placed me in a beautifully-appointed room on the 7th floor, a convenient, 2 minute walk/elevator ride to the Palace ball room. I only wish smoking was banned in all indoor areas as this is the ONLY thing that would have improved my stay.

Ceasar's -- Just Ok
Leaving Las Vegas Dec 3, 2009
We were rather disappointed. Las Vegas is just getting so expensive to where it's not fun to go anymore. The ... food/restaurants were all overpriced. We had an expectation that we'd have a coffee pot in the room (and we even spent $100 more a night to upgrade to a Petite Suite - we shouldn't have). It's not just Ceasar's. It's all the hotels/casino's on the strip. You get more for your money at The Holiday Inn. Also - it's dead this time of year. Night life was next to nothing. I don't plan to go back to Vegas for a long time. The allure has worn off.

Bill's Saloon has a $5.99 steak and eggs breakfast if you get between midnight and 8am. Just across the street from Ceasar's (next to The Flamingo).

The Shopper Dec 1, 2009
We requested two double beds, but were unable to get it because of the occupancy. I understood that, but they were going to ... room move us the next day, but failed to tell us that they would give the room away if you didn't change by 1pm. Since we were out shopping, my sister and I were stuck with a king bed for two nights. They upgraded us for the mix-up, which was nice. The only other part of my stay that I didn't care for was that the parking in the front gets full in the early evening, except for Diamond Members. We had to valet park in the colosseum valet area, which was quite far when carrying shopping bags. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice. They were MUCH better than the staff at the Mandele Bay Hotel, who didn't care whether you stayed there or not. I've stayed at the Luxor, Palms, Mandele Bay, Caesar's Palace, and about six hotels that weren't big names in Vegas. For the price, location, and service, this was one of the better hotels in Vegas. Mandele Bay was the worst.

We stayed at Centurion tower which was very clean and nice. Our room was a corner room wherein we could see Paris Hotel's ... Tower right from the window. Beautiful view, clean rooms, luxurious bathroom. All in all it was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. Room service and housekeeping were very prompt and helpful. Staff overall was very polite and friendly.
