McCarran International Airport
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
Chef Jean-Marie Josselin combines classical European and Asian culinary techniques with ethnic ingredients of the Pacific Rim and the freshest seafood of the Islands.
The brilliantly decorated Neros restaurant offers creative, contemporary American cuisine, beautifully presented and meticulously prepared, specializing in fresh fish, seafood and prime, dry-aged beef.
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cote de gros turbot a l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Hyakumi features exotic Japanese specialties, sushi, Teppan Yaki or a la carte dining.
Famed Bay Area chef Bradley Ogden, whose new take on classic "farm fresh" American cuisine has earned him national acclaim and a gallery of top culinary awards, opened his first restaurant outside of California at Caesars Palace.
Direct from mainland China, Sea Harbour features award-winning authentic Cantonese seafood, including live-to-table selections and exquisite abalone. Open seven nights weekly for dinner only.
International and American favorites anytime day or night. This poolside dining experience offers an extensive a la carte menu and buffet.
Award-winning chef, best-selling cookbook author, and popular television personality Bobby Flay brings the vibrant Southwestern cuisine of his acclaimed Mesa Grill to Las Vegas with his first restaurant outside of New York City at Caesars Palace.

Serendipity 3, one of New York City's most beloved eateries with more than 50 years of history, comes to Caesars Palace! Offering guests a whimsical cafe with many similarities to its New York location, the over-the-top desserts and sweets are perfect for the ultimate indulgence. The menu combines transplanted favorites like the Forbidden Broadway Sundae and Frrrozen Hot Chocolate with new Vegas creations like "Strip" Steak Sandwiches and the Jackpot Sundae.

Two small "Rao's Rooms" - just 10 tables each - flank the bar and central space, while the "Feast Room" seats 70 at family-style tables amid the twinkle of Christmas lights. "The Park" is a 50-seat lounge that conjures an al-fresco-like atmosphere and features a replica of Rao's famous street corner facade. Nice Hotel. A little smokey.
pedsdoc Nov 22, 2009
The hotel was nice and clean with good service. The Noodles 9 restaurant was expensive with below average service. The food ... court had limited selection. We had a room by the broiler so there was an intermittent knocking noise that was annoying. Don't know if this is because the room was booked at a discount through [...]. We had to stay here because that is where my meeting was but would have much preferred the Venetian.

Honeymoon on Vegas Nov 16, 2009
The bathroom was amazing in our King room! Marble, double sinks, separate tub & shower-heat lamps-very luxurious! The room ... was large & nice (view not so good, though-a roof & parking garage) and very clean. Probably my only real objection was that the doors leading to the adjoining hotel rooms were showing the lights from the other rooms-I could have gotten on the floor and talked to the people in the next room!! Not exactly the privacy we hoped for...All in all, though, it was a great value and I'd stay there again-IF I could get the same [...] value!

Showing Its Age
Linda Nov 10, 2009
Let me start by saying we had a wonderful weekend trip to Vegas and would do it again next weekend if we could, but we would ... stay at a different hotel and casino. Caesars Palace 30 years ago was a grand vacation, today it is living on its past laurels. We arrived for a 48 hour stay in Vegas at 11:30 am but were refused check-in until 2 pm. When we returned at 2, we had to stand in line for 35 minutes to be checked in by one of only 4 staff members. Rather than apologizing for our wait, the staff member greeted us with asking if we wanted to pay more to upgrade our room. Our room in the Roman tower looked over concrete roofs of a building below and Donnie and Marie's giant portrait on the Flamingo staring back at us. The room was fine, nothing fancy but clean, but there are no doors on the bathroom. Rather than a grand casino, Caesars divides into several smaller casinos, many of which are fine but frequently they feel more stuffed into hallways rather than grand casinos. While we met many nice dealers, several of them were extremely gruff, not just to us but to others at the tables. Barmaids were scarce. Lunch at the Palm in the Forum was the highlight meal of the trip. The steak at Bradley Ogdens was inedible. The bars were bars. Pure, the nightclub, was worth the wait in line. Bette Midler was what we expected, over the top and entertaining. The pool which once upon a time was one of the greatest spots at Caesars is shaded most of the day due to the tall buildings and they now charge for everything that is comfortable to sit on. For the money, we have enjoyed the MGM much more. The second day we went there to eat, drink and gamble and had a wonderful time. Caesars needs updated, they need to train their staff on courtesy and remember they are a service industry. It has a wonderful location but that is not enough to draw us back.
