Experience Celine Dion, Bobby Flay, a top spa, Forum Shops

Caesars Palace is one of the oldest hotels on The Strip and, with its trademark Roman theme, both the interior and exterior are adorned with elegant water features, Classical statues and ornate columns, while some 'Fantasy Suites' even come with their own spa pool. Float along during an incomparable night at waterborne nightclub, Cleopatra's Barge, or browse and indulge at The Forum Shops between the fun and games-Burberry, Cartier and Dior are just a few of the many luxurious on-site retailers.

Beijing Noodle No. 9

Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill
Continuing his success with Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas Chef Ramsay will be opening a Pub & Grill in Caesars Palace in November of 2012. They are taking over the space previously occupied by Bradley Ogden. This venue will feature the outside patio as the "Pub" and the inside as the "grill". Private dining space will be available as well.
Guy Savoy
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cte de gros turbot l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Empress Court
Dine on authentic Cantonese seafood delicacies such as Abalone, Golden Santa Barbara spotted prawns or wok-fried black pepper Dungeness crab, while seated on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Garden of the Gods.
Rao's
At Rao's Caesars Palace, Executive Chef Carla Pellegrino prepares the same food that has made the New York location famous, and impossible to get in: Italian cuisine at its finest. The sublime culinary experiences are right at home in recreations of the original Rao's: brick walls, dark oak wood floors, and tin ceilings echo the design of its namesake, in multiple intimate settings. Two small "Rao's Rooms" - just 10 tables each - flank the bar and central space, while the "Feast Room" seats 70 at family-style tables amid the twinkle of Christmas lights. "The Park" is a 50-seat lounge that conjures an al-fresco-like atmosphere and features a replica of Rao's famous street corner faade. A poolside outdoor terrace offers seating for 62 near a bocce ball court. Open for dinner daily. All major credit cards are accepted. For reservations, call (702) 731-RAOS.
Serendipity 3
Founded in the Big Apple circa 1954, Serendipity 3 brings a new look and refreshing style to the strip. Bold flavors, dramatic presentation and service with a smile are all staples of your experience with us. You can satiate your savory sweet cravings with cotton candy martinis, foot-long hot dogs, Reubens piled high, colorful salads and pizzas. Everything is made from scratch daily, including all of the Serendipity signatures that you have been waiting for. Come enjoy a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate or world famous sundae overflowing with toppings!
Cleopatra's Barge
This boat rocks! A floating lounge with contemporary live band and Top 40 dance music, Cleopatra's Barge is an ornate replica of the sturdy but graceful craft that transported the royalty of Egypt on the Nile River in the time of Julius Caesar.
Mesa Grill
Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay brings his passion for bold and innovative Southwestern flair to Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, the Las Vegas outpost of his acclaimed New York flagship restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, and designed by renowned restaurant designer, David Rockwell, the open space features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest

Fantastic! But expensive and so big you can get lost

Caesars Palace is an awe inspiring place to stay and play. The staff is warm and friendly, house keeping was prompt and they did follow ups wheneverwe asked for anything. The bathroom was HUGE! but it didn't havea door on it??? We were told it was a basic room and it was comparable to suites at other locations in Vegas. It felt very homey with a 32 inch flat screen (that was bolted to the stand which doubled as a dresser) a king size bed with a desk, 2 chairs and a loveseat that looked itchy but was very comfortable. We did however find a receipt from 3 months prior to our stay under the couch which I had to move to see the TV. The shower didn't drain very well, but it was a great room with marble flooring in the bathroom and some of the most comfortable pillows my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to lay our heads on. The casino was cool with the Caesars theme throughout as expected. The Casino seemed a little over crowded with the "LA" people as I heard cabbies call them and tables and machines filled up fast. The lowest bets on tables were $20 mostly with a few $10 tables spread throughout the place. With it being so busy I did seem to be overlooked by the wait staff as I didn't even get my first free drink until 3 days into my trip while I was playing penny slots of all things with my wife. I was disappointed that the pools were not open. Only one pool was open and we couldn't even get to the other pools to even take photos of the statues etc surrounding the pool as vacation keep sakes. There were signs saying the pool was closed for the season with velvet ropes blocking people off, but it did not say when the season actually was? With only one pool open it was PACKED with people. The place had a cool flaw if that is possible, it was so big anyone can easily get lost looking around. Also there did seem to be a lot of "working girls" or at least girls who were out gold digging. The only real negative thing I could say is that the place is VERY EXPENSIVE. Room service had extra charges on top of the over priced food on the menu. We though Iron Chef Bobby Flay's restuarant MESA Grill was going to be a little pricey, but compared to the other choices in Caesars it was almost as cheap as the food court! And Mesa Grill was EXCELLENT! We will go back there for sure. My biggest complaint was the price of pop. A 20 oz Mountain Dew goes for about $1.25 at home, but at Caesars it was between $2.50 and $4.00! Shot glasses were about $8 but they were only a $1 at other hotels on the Strip. Great ONE TIME experience, but we wil stay other places on the Strip next time we visit Las Vegas.

Money-saving tip: In Hotel

Don't buy any anything "Vegas" here for souvenirs. Go elsewhere on the strip and get the same for a fraction of the price. If you need or want "Caesars" stuff then get ready to fork over some cash.

Great anniversary getaway

It was wonderful. The staff was great. We did the spa , that was wonderfull. The Spa staff made us feel comfortable. Checking in and out lines were long. We did self parking that was a walk from the check in/out. Other than that it was great. Would have like to have a coffe shop there for breakfast. We love it. We would love to stay again if the price is good.

perfect wedding spot

We stayed at Caesars Palace late march weather was perfect! the hotel was great staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that if you are in your late 20's early 30's and looking to see people your own age dont stay there! This hotel is mainly "older" people! we spent most of our time at the Flamingo! When you get to the check in desk just ask for a upgrade! no money needed....They gave us a suite and had views of the strip and of the pools!! Good hotel just a little pricey.

Perfect Birthday trip

Caesars Palace is over the top! Everything about the hotel physical properties is first rate and in keeping with the theme of decadence. Caesars supplies everything needed for a complete Las Vegas getaway: Casinos (only drawback here is the allowance of smoking in the casino. Oh, and the fact that I lost at the slot machines, but is that their fault??) Food (Central, in the lobby was just OK and continually crowded. Cypress Station food court off the Casino was terrible: Food pedestrian and tepid and the staff ill-trained. Payaud served me a quiche with a bonus: a piece of metal fastener included. The manager did, however, comp our inedible meal.) Our favourite day of our stay was at one of the pools: We rented a cabana (not an inexpensive proposition) and enjoyed a day in and out of the glorious sun while being served ably by Josh and Portia. Great experience! Caesars is in a great location on the Strip. It is in the middle of all of the action. People watching from the patio at Serendipity is priceless, as the hoards stroll the Strip.
