You will instantly feel like you are walking back in time to visit the Roman Empire as soon as you enter Caesars Palace Las Vegas. The entire hotel is constructed to resemble Roman architecture. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by Roman columns, and there is even a replica of The Colosseum used as a theater. In addition to transporting you back in time, The Colosseum also hosts some of the biggest superstars in music. Elton John, Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart, Reba McEntire and Brooks & Dunn all regularly hold performances at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

Property features
To bypass the line for the acclaimed Nobu Japanese restaurant, book a room in the Nobu Tower-guests are rewarded with priority access. Don't bypass the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace while you're here: a first-rate theater venue, it has hosted some of the most sought-after headliners on the Las Vegas Strip, including Elton John, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and Rod Stewart.
Highlights

Great food is easy to find while staying at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. The four casual restaurants found on the property are Beijing Noodle No. 9, Serendipity 3, Payard Patisserie & Bistro and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. While Las Vegas is filled with nightlife, you will never have to leave Caesars Palace to have a great evening. Caesars Palace has a spa, salon, lounge, four bars, two nightclubs and a shopping mall with 636,000 square feet of retail space that will satisfy every urge throughout your entire stay.

Caesars Palace doesn't get much more central, with famous-name hotels like the Bellagio to the south and the Mirage to the north. Dining

Searsucker
The 7,500-square-foot venue is designed by internationally acclaimed designer Thomas Schoos. Schoos' vision for Searsucker draws on themes of retro Americana such as cowboy culture and mid-century roadside diners to create an atmosphere that is at once casual and handsomely stylish. The menu is anchored by Searsucker staples such as the 38-ounce bone-in ribeye 'tomahawk,' eggs + bacon 'pork belly' featuring a soft poached egg with brown butter hollandaise, as well as the beer-braised short rib + horseradish + fried onions with pan sauce and butter potato. Signature sides such as jalepeo-chorizo corn off the cob and fried brussels + walnuts with anchovy red wine jalapeo vinaigrette round out the bill of fare.
Mesa Grill
Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay brings his passion for bold and innovative Southwestern flair to Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, the Las Vegas outpost of his acclaimed New York flagship restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, and designed by renowned restaurant designer, David Rockwell, the open space features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest
Nobu
Just like the 24 signature Nobu restaurants around the world, Nobu Caesars Palace offers an ambiance as brilliant as the food. A place to see and be seen, the 12,775-square-foot restaurant expresses the sensibility that combines the best of the east and west in a fun and often whimsical setting. Bowed columns of bamboo lines the exterior of the restaurant and resembles the structure of the traditional Japanese ikebana basket used for the art of flower-arranging. A brand new vocabulary of natural design elements incorporating stone, wood and paper creates an exclusive yet inviting dining scene.
Bacchanal Buffet
Leave it to Las Vegas to revolutionize the classic buffet concept. Using a $100 million budget, Bacchanal completely reinvented the traditional buffet in 2012, with modern food presentations and an upscale setting. Now that it's been voted Best Buffet in Las Vegas by "USA Today" (more than once), the fever has caught on. Feast your eyes on the succulent presentations from your seat in the air, water, or wood-themed section of the dining rooms. Choose from more than 500 daily offerings, with many dishes uniquely displayed on small plates. Bacchanal Buffet's team of specialized chefs oversees the preparation of the majority of the food in front of the guests while cohesively working to present nine distinct restaurants in one location. Can't choose between the truffle scalloped potatoes and sweet potato tots? Try both! Mini salads such as the watermelon and feta let you try several separately dished items at a time.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
Continuing to reinforce its positioning as a premier dining destination in Las Vegas, Caesars Palace becomes home to one of New York City's most historic restaurants - Old Homestead Steakhouse. Old Homestead offers an urban steakhouse and bar with an updated menu, but one that will also feature Old Homestead's iconic cuts of meat, and many of its famous sides, appetizers and desserts.
Beijing Noodle No. 9
Beijing Noodle No.9 is the kind of casual noodle shop you'd expect to find on the bustling streets of Shanghai, Hong Kong or Beijing. Under the direction of Executive Chef Xing Kai Deng, the kitchen cranks out mouth-watering selections of soup, dim sum, noodle and rice dishes and chef's specialties.
Payard Patisserie & Bistro
Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace is the creation of award winning Pastry Chef, Franois Payard, and is a beautifully designed, multi-layered experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room serving breakfast and lunch.
Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill
The 290-seat Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide. The space is comprised of two unique restaurants in one, a mix conceptualized by the award-winning "Hell's Kitchen" host and chef Gordon Ramsay. Its location is near The Colosseum, Forum Shops entrance, and self-parking garage.
Guy Savoy
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cte de gros turbot l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Forum Food Court
The Food Court offers a wide variety of quick-serve dining options, available to satisfy every craving.

Great Weekend Away

Our stay at Caesars did not start out all that well, we stood on line for an hour just to get checked in. They had very little staff working the desk and the line was almost to the door. Also the staff members did not seem to have the correct information, so We were constantly being told one thing only to find out it was wrong. But, even though we had though issues, our stay was very nice, the room was clean and nice. No issues with the elevators like at Flamingo. The gaming was great, lots of different games to choose from. and the servers were fantastic. The overall Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and the wide selection of bars and restaurants. We will for sure stay there again.

Awful!

The hotel manager Ms. Yvette Corona was the most unkind and unwilling to accommodate anyone manager I have ever met. If I were the owner I would not let her manage a small motel!

Beautiful hotel, slow service

Check-in took almost an HOUR standing in line! Truly ridiculous, and the line was maybe 6-7 parties long when we joined it. The man who checked us in (Faoud?) was also super sarcastic to the point where it was irritating and I wasn't sure if he was telling us things that were true or he was just messing with us... again. The hotel is more like a resort, it's massive and beautiful, and you don't even really have to leave if you don't want there's everything you might desire there! Also, instead of paying the cover at OMNI, get on the guest list... save about a hundred bucks right off the top.

Awesome stay

The hotel is awesome! You definitely get what you pay for and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed give the best sleep. The only problem I had was the wait time to check in. Check in time is 3pm I arrive there at 4pm and got my room at 6pm (kill my entire day). On top on that I had to join a long line to check in which is okay but another long line to pick up my room keys. I think Caesars should be a little more organize with the check in procedure!

New Years Getaway

Really disappointed with this Hotel and the opportunities we encountered during our stay! We paid a lot of money for a last minute New Years Getaway and thought what not a better place than Caesars Palace. Boy were we surprised after a couple long flight to finally arrive and get in our room to only find that it wasn't clean!!! Found hair from the previous quest through out the bathroom (corners of the bathroom floor, bathtub and around the toilet) Then I decided to look around the room to find crumbs around the TV area which said they didnt clean this room very well!! I contacted the front desk and they said someone would be up to clean the room as we waited for almost an hour! I contacted the front desk again and once again the apologized and offered a 35.00 credit for my inconvenience and attempted to contact house keeping again. Apparently house keeping couldn't get to our room so they decided to move us to another tower and a little better room. Sure it was nice to get an upgraded room but after spending several hours on flights and then having to deal with that from a FIVE star hotel I would say I was more than Disappointed!!

HONEYMOONERS

As expected, we had a very nice stay in Ceasar's for our 2 night stay. Although we didn't get our king size bed, the double bed room was okay.Very quiet and and easy check out. We appreciated the waitress in the bar area when we asked her about where to have a nice super late snack. We enjoyed the location, it's right where everything was.We would definitely stay here again.

Not up to par...

Ok, so you have to walk forever it seems to get to the elevators for your room because this property is huge! That aside, I expected clean glasses daily with used glasses removed. They do not remove glasses with any liquid in them. The "clean" glasses had spots, lots of spots. Looking a little worn and needs updating. Too bad it takes so long to get "out" to the street through the winding casino. Love the location though. Overpriced everything however. Expected more for the price.
