Payard Patisserie & Bistro
Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace is the creation of award winning Pastry Chef, Franois Payard, and is a beautifully designed, multi-layered experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill

Private dining space will be available as well.
Guy Savoy
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cte de gros turbot l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Empress Court
Dine on authentic Cantonese seafood delicacies such as Abalone, Golden Santa Barbara spotted prawns or wok-fried black pepper Dungeness crab, while seated on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Garden of the Gods.
Rao's
At Rao's Caesars Palace, Executive Chef Carla Pellegrino prepares the same food that has made the New York location famous, and impossible to get in: Italian cuisine at its finest. The sublime culinary experiences are right at home in recreations of the original Rao's: brick walls, dark oak wood floors, and tin ceilings echo the design of its namesake, in multiple intimate settings. Two small "Rao's Rooms" - just 10 tables each - flank the bar and central space, while the "Feast Room" seats 70 at family-style tables amid the twinkle of Christmas lights. "The Park" is a 50-seat lounge that conjures an al-fresco-like atmosphere and features a replica of Rao's famous street corner faade. A poolside outdoor terrace offers seating for 62 near a bocce ball court. Open for dinner daily. All major credit cards are accepted. For reservations, call (702) 731-RAOS.

Great Place

This was a suprise trip for my girlfriends birthday. I was very nervous choosing a Hotel due to the fact that this City has changed so much over the last decade. I remembered Ceasars Palace being spectacular my last visit and setting the bar for others to follow over the years. I chose this Hotel due to its elegance and was not let down. The room we had in the new tower could not have been any better. Although I can't comment on the pool due to the fact that it was cold and under construction, my view of it from the room window showed it to be very impressive as well. The table limits were too high for my comfort, but probably necessary to keep and protect those guest/players that have made this establishment so elegant over the years. There is an older hotel across the street that has low limit tables. Should mention that this was a fun place to play, but reminder of why Ceasars Palace keeps the limits high with regard to atmosphere. The buffett is another story. I read reviews about the buffett and figured that they were probably submitted by guest that could not be pleased. I worked on a cruise ship, and therefore am very familiar with guest like this. Every cruise unfortunately seems to have one. Well unfortunately the reviews in this case were extremely accurate. Luckily our experience was saved by the wonderful buffett next door. There is a bridge that connects the two hotels. It should also be noted that my the regular dining experiences that were offered throughout Ceasars Palace were nothing short of great. The Last complaint was the experience checking in/out. This was mcuh like an airport experience and seemed to be caused by the clerks offering upgrades. It too is a necessary evil though, because our experience was wonderful due to the upgrade. My hope is that this process can be handled more effieciently when the entire hotel is upgraded in the future. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with Cesars Palace delivering a class act.

horrible check in, wouldn't recommend

The rooms at Caesars were not ready on time... The front desk kept asking us to check back to see if the rooms were ready..wasn't until after 6pm that we got rooms..Needed to hurry in order to get to our 7:30 show. TV didn't work and couldn't get anyone on phone to help. Sink in one room stayed stopped up for 2 days until they gave us another, much nicer room in the towers. Room had an open closet in bathroom, old uncomfortable beds with squeaky springs. They told us it would be over a two hour wait for room service coffee in the mornings. There was no pot in the room.

Great view

This was my second time staying at Caesar's. The first time I was in the Augustus Tower, and this time I was in Roman. The rooms in Augustus had been updated w/ flat screen tv's and new furniture, but the view of the Strip from Roman was absolutely perfect...could not have asked for better. You also couldn't ask for a better hotel location...right in the middle of it all. Would definitely stay here again!

nice decor comfort room

The room is very good. It gives me warm feeling. However the room services staff is not professional enough. She knocks our door even when we have displayed the card Do not disturb outside the door. The staff at the Casino are very friendly and nice. Overall my stay at the hotel is pleasant and enjoyable.

Caesars Palace Las Vegas

This was by far the best experiece I've ever had in 30 years for visits to Las Vegas. We stayed in Augustus Tower (36 floor) with a perfect view of the Las Vegas Strip. We enjoyed the big bathtub with jets that massages our sore feet each day from walking. The bed was very comfortable. We had a 32 flatscreen TV, but bigger would have been better. Although we lost lots of money, the beautiful view each night made up our sorrow. Overall it was a very plesant stay. I have already reccommeded it to all my friends.

Disorganized & not service oriented

We were upgraded to a lovely clean room (#2525) however the closet door was missing and the other closet door wouldn't secure- so it kept opening. I loved the layout furnishings and bedding new. Next morning we asked to be moved to another room because during the nite when my husband went to the restroom, he ran into the door that had opened into the hall. We went across the hall to (#2523)older room, smelled of cigarettes and had a walk-in closet that the light was body sensitive but would turn off within seconds of walking in. Very frustrating. The bedskirt to the bed was stained and overall the room a bit tired looking as compared to the previous. We were still charged for the upgrade. The casino was very smoking. The Retaurant Reservation desk was in process of moving and no one was able to assist us in securing dinner reservations.
