Beijing Noodle No. 9

Payard Patisserie & Bistro
Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace is the creation of award winning Pastry Chef, Franois Payard, and is a beautifully designed, multi-layered experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill
Continuing his success with Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas Chef Ramsay will be opening a Pub & Grill in Caesars Palace in November of 2012. They are taking over the space previously occupied by Bradley Ogden. This venue will feature the outside patio as the "Pub" and the inside as the "grill". Private dining space will be available as well.
Guy Savoy
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cte de gros turbot l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Empress Court
Dine on authentic Cantonese seafood delicacies such as Abalone, Golden Santa Barbara spotted prawns or wok-fried black pepper Dungeness crab, while seated on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Garden of the Gods.
Rao's
At Rao's Caesars Palace, Executive Chef Carla Pellegrino prepares the same food that has made the New York location famous, and impossible to get in: Italian cuisine at its finest. The sublime culinary experiences are right at home in recreations of the original Rao's: brick walls, dark oak wood floors, and tin ceilings echo the design of its namesake, in multiple intimate settings. Two small "Rao's Rooms" - just 10 tables each - flank the bar and central space, while the "Feast Room" seats 70 at family-style tables amid the twinkle of Christmas lights. "The Park" is a 50-seat lounge that conjures an al-fresco-like atmosphere and features a replica of Rao's famous street corner faade. A poolside outdoor terrace offers seating for 62 near a bocce ball court. Open for dinner daily. All major credit cards are accepted. For reservations, call (702) 731-RAOS.
Serendipity 3
Founded in the Big Apple circa 1954, Serendipity 3 brings a new look and refreshing style to the strip. Bold flavors, dramatic presentation and service with a smile are all staples of your experience with us. You can satiate your savory sweet cravings with cotton candy martinis, foot-long hot dogs, Reubens piled high, colorful salads and pizzas. Everything is made from scratch daily, including all of the Serendipity signatures that you have been waiting for. Come enjoy a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate or world famous sundae overflowing with toppings!
Cleopatra's Barge
This boat rocks! A floating lounge with contemporary live band and Top 40 dance music, Cleopatra's Barge is an ornate replica of the sturdy but graceful craft that transported the royalty of Egypt on the Nile River in the time of Julius Caesar.
Mesa Grill
Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay brings his passion for bold and innovative Southwestern flair to Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, the Las Vegas outpost of his acclaimed New York flagship restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, and designed by renowned restaurant designer, David Rockwell, the open space features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest

Great view

This was my second time staying at Caesar's. The first time I was in the Augustus Tower, and this time I was in Roman. The rooms in Augustus had been updated w/ flat screen tv's and new furniture, but the view of the Strip from Roman was absolutely perfect...could not have asked for better. You also couldn't ask for a better hotel location...right in the middle of it all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for a reasonable price.

Had a King Size bed located in the Roman Tower. Room was nicely maintained and had a jacuzzi tub in it. Location is in the middle of the strip. No reason to leave the hotel as it had a spa, food, drink and entertainment all on the premises.

More thank we expected

We couldn't have had a better time anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. We got there a little early and our room wasn't ready so they offered to upgrade our room so we wouldn't have to wait. Loved the central location on the strip. Can't wait to go back!!

3 day getaway

Perfect place to stay to be in the "middle of the action" on the strip. Walking distance to great shops, outdoor shows, restaurants, and entertainment. Staff @ Caesars was great; it's a beautiful hotel with fantastic pool area too. Staff was very accommodating when they had to move us in the middle of the night due to emergency repairs in another hotel room (they noise woke us up). They moved us to a beautiful new room. They held our luggage and let us use the pools even after we checked out in the morning as we had an evening flight. I will definitely stay here again!

ABOUT BREAKFAST

AS I DON'T KNOW IF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR CHEAPTICKETS OR CAESARS, I SUGGEST CHEAPTICKETS TO INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN PACKAGES OR ROOM RENT, BECAUSE WE FOUND OTHER MEXICANS ON CAESARS AND HAVE BREAKFAST INCLUDED, THEY BOUGHT IN DESPEGAR AGENCY. BREAKFAST IN YOUR HOTEL IS REALLY COMFORTABLE. HOTEL IS REALLY NICE. THANKS.

A Mother's Day Get Away

My husband arranged a surprise get away for both of us as a special Mother's Day gift for me. Without telling me what the surprise was, I thought it would be the norm, you know.... a gift card, flowers and dinner. The week before our trip he asked that I make the necessary arrangements to be away for a few days. The day of our travel he told me that we were going to Vegas and staying at Ceaser's Palace hotel. A place that I've always dreamed to visit. We had such a great time together to the point that neither one of us wanted to come home.

Caesars Palace Las Vegas

This was by far the best experiece I've ever had in 30 years for visits to Las Vegas. We stayed in Augustus Tower (36 floor) with a perfect view of the Las Vegas Strip. We enjoyed the big bathtub with jets that massages our sore feet each day from walking. The bed was very comfortable. We had a 32 flatscreen TV, but bigger would have been better. Although we lost lots of money, the beautiful view each night made up our sorrow. Overall it was a very plesant stay. I have already reccommeded it to all my friends.

Superb hotel and casino

We went to see Jerry Seinfeld at the Caesar's Palace's Colosseum and decided to book the hotel as well. We got a free upgrade to a superior room with huge bathroom with double shower from an amazingly helpful receptionist ("Tucker"). The bathroom was almost as big as featured in the Hangover movie! Well, we certainly did NOT have a hangover after staying here. BTW, Jerry was amazing too. We'll be back!

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

Go to Sambasushi at The Venezian Hotel for lunch or dinner for sushi with a Brazilian twist. The walk is not long in distanccce but rather time-consuming, having to work your way through thousands of slot machines everywhere. Stay at the Caesar's for authentic French breakfasts with fantastic croissants (even the staff is authentically French!) at Payard.
