Terrible experience
When we arrived the hotel at new year eve, we were told by the staff that they are overbooked, and there is no two beds room left, only one bed (not king size) room is available. He claimed that he's willing to refund the difference, but because we booked through online, it's not possible. We called customer service, and they allowed us to cancel, so that we can have the room with lower price. At that moment, the staff start saying the each room is at same price. Since it's late in new year eve, we are not sure if we can find other hotel, we were ok to let one person sleep on comfort on floor. Surprisingly, we can only get two thin comforter and a blanket, not even a pillow! What a terrible place it is!
