Dining

Circo

Beyond the lighthearted decor, the menu is decidedly serious - a blend of the Maccioni matriarch Egidiana's traditional home cooking and seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine. The spirited menu veers from lusty appetizers and pastas to rotisserie dishes and beef and seafood entrees. Pastry Chef Gregory Gourreau's irresistible desserts have been acclaimed as "Best in Las Vegas" by LasVegas Life Magazine.

Yellowtail

The Light Group, Las Vegas’ premier hospitality and lifestyle development organization, raises its culinary portfolio once again with the addition of Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio. Yellowtail’s traditional and modern Japanese cuisine sets a new standard for fine-dining.

Noodles

From the expansive display of noodle-filled apothecary jars to the lavish use of gilt and polished marble, designer Tony Chi's striking design for Noodles is sleek, modern and inspired. Chart your own culinary journey of the Far East with authentic noodle, rice and congee specialties from Thailand, Japan, China, and Vietnam, as well as Hong Kong-style barbecue specialties.

Le Cirque

For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Ringmaster Sirio Maccioni, long recognized as the "world's most charismatic restaurateur," brought his Four-Star culinary magic to the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of Bellagio. Perched astride an eight-acre lake filled with dancing fountains, Le Cirque is a whimsical jewel box of color and detail, from the star-studded entry of polished woods to the sumptuous, swooping silk-tented ceiling.

Michael Mina

Set in the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens and offering views of shimmering pools, Michael Mina radiates luxury. This AAA Four Diamond Award winning restaurant features contemporary seafood with continental flair. Awash in soft neutral tones, polished rare woods and sprays of fresh flowers, the room brims with sophisticated modern charm. Specialties include Caviar Parfait, Tartare of Ahi Tuna with Scotch Bonnet Chile Oil, Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and Lobster Potpie.

Jasmine

Chef Philip Lo, an originator of nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine, creates contemporary and classic Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan dishes, as well as live seafood specialties. Specialties include Maine Lobster Dumplings with Ginger Sauce; Minced Squab in Lettuce Petals; Crystal Florida Stone Crab Claws; Garlic Beef Tenderloin, and Imperial Peking Duck. Surrounded on three sides by gorgeous lake and garden views, Jasmine also features music synchronized to the soaring fountains of Bellagio.

Prime Steakhouse

Superstar Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten raises steakhouse dining to new heights at PRIME, located at lakeside with views of the fountains and lights of Las Vegas. Brimming with Baccarat chandeliers, plush furnishings and gilt galore, PRIME evokes the charms of a luxurious 1930s-style speakeasy. The wine cellar is deep with great California reds and first growth Bordeaux, and the adjoining outdoor patio is a lovely setting for hand-crafted cocktails and cigars.

FIX

Classic American fare focusing on simply prepared, top-quality fish, meat and poultry, cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Freshly baked breads and desserts round out the menu. A sophisticated yet welcoming ambience is constructed almost entirely of Costa Rican Padouk Wood. Guests will enjoy a high-quality menu with professional, detailed service in a fun, energetic environment. Designed by the Graft Lab of Berlin, a world-renowned leader in urban modern design.

The Buffet at Bellagio

World-class chef's provide an incredible array of international delights served in a buffet setting.

Cafe Bellagio

Casual dining restuarant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 24-hours a day.

Picasso

Soaring cove ceilings, intimate nooks and great bursts of flowers make Picasso a dream of country elegance. Here, master Chef Julian Serrano's French-Mediterranean cuisine takes flight in a room that boasts an awesome profusion of original Picasso oils and ceramics. The first Las Vegas chef to be honored with the James Beard Award for "Best Chef, Southwest," Serrano showcases his ingredient-driven, seasonal cuisine in two masterful menus: a four-course tasting menu and a five-course Chef's Degustation. Picasso is the proud recipient of the AAA Five Diamond Award of Excellence for 2002, 2003 and 2004. In addition, surveyors in the 2002 Zagat Las Vegas Restaurant Survey voted Picasso "Most Popular Restaurant" in Las Vegas.

Todd English's Olives

The inventive menu of flatbread pizzas, housemade pastas, rotisserie dishes and flame-licked seafood and meats reads like a tour of the Riviera coastline. Conveniently located in the Via Bellagio, Olives is the perfect setting for a late lunch or early supper between browsing the boutiques. The intimate outdoor patio offers al fresco dining, weather permitting.

Meeting facilities

Over 180,000 square feet of flexible meeting facilities include a 45,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, 22,000-square-foot Bellagio Ballroom and 22 meeting rooms ranging in size from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet. To ensure that every meeting runs as smoothly as possible, each meeting room is equipped with speakerphones and data ports. State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available for business presentations. And a professional staff is on hand to deliver faxes, send mail and even assist with word processing

This is one of the rare occasions where I have not cared what television the hotel offers. I watched 5 minutes of news each ... day and spent the rest of my time exploring. Indeed the water fountain show is almost a complete entertainment experience just in itself.

Recreation/Attractions tip, In Hotel

You must see the Cirque D Soliel's production of EAU. Even though it is expensive (about $170 per person), it is truly worth every single cent. I have never been so continuously entertained over a 75 minute period as I was on this. Every aspect, from the lighting, the sound, the acrobats, the performance, the flow, the sets, EVERYTHING was beyond belief.

Bellagio - It doesn't worth the money

Cin Kerr Nov 25, 2009

The hotel room was small and old. A number of amenity items were missing in the bathroom. We have to call and ask for shower ... gel. Simple things like toothbrush - they make it available ON REQUEST ONLY. Couldn't believe this is what they offer in a "5 stars" hotel. Staff over the front desk was very unfriendly and cold. We asked for direction to other places, staff answered in a unhelpful manner. The very short answers and the tone made you feel like you are just not welcome.

Pre-purchase your tickets to the "O" show if you chose to see it otherwise, you will have to wait in long lines to purchase it at the hotel and you won't get a good price either.

The suite was very spacious, elegant, no stones unturned. The attention to details was very impecable, from the toiletries to ... the flat screen t.v. in the master bath. The view from our suite was spectacular specially at night. The guests from the suites have a line pass, therefore, we did not have to wait in long lines at the breakfast buffet.

My stay at the Bellagio was spectacular. The rooms were elegant, clean and personalized with everything that you would want ... or need. The staff was wonderful. I met a couple women that worked in the Bellagio spa front desk and they gave me excellent advice on great restaurants to dine. I took their advice and was pleasantly pleased as the food was wonderful and the service was just as great! I would recommend the Bellagio to everyone whom wants to relax, have fun and get a little pampered at the same time.

We have been to Las Vegas many times. The level of service and quality of the property was amazing. The spa is something ... that every person should see at least once in their lifetime. The rooms were well-appointed and maintained. This property is 11 years old in a city which has constantly newer, bigger and better. It is as nice now as when it opened. This hotel is beautiful. It is very clean and luxurious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There is nothing bad ... that I can say about this hotel. It is truly a 5 star hotel. Everything is on a higher scale, which is to be expected. In past visits, I have stayed at Ballys and MGM. Because of the spectacular deal that I received on my vacation, I wanted to experience a more luxurious hotel.

Awesome Hotel

Doreen G. Nov 16, 2009

Would recommend to a friend!

I love the Bellagio. We go to Vegas every year since 2001 and have stayed at many of the best hotels. This one was my best ... experience so far. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. It is a bit of a long walk from the Spa Tower to get to the front desk...not to mention the strip, but it was worth it anyway. Walking past the Conservatory every morning and evening was an extremely pleasant experience. It is one of my favorite places on the strip anyway. Also, stopping to have crepes on our way back to our room every night was a special delight. We ate at Cafe Bellagio for the first time, it was a lovely atmosphere overlooking the beautiful pool area and the conservatory...it doesn't get better for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Hotel...Few Imperfections

Happy Husband Nov 15, 2009

Would recommend to a friend!

Getaway weekend with the wife. Of course, we were familiar with the Bellagio's grandeur, but we had never stayed ... there. Since you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression, you'd think the Bellagio would nail the check-in procedure. We arrived Friday night and were immediately frustrated by the lack of a formal line at the check-in counter; instead, guests line up behind random clerks. It would work much better if they followed the bank branch model: one line for clients to go to the next available clerk. Strike One. Upon checking-in, we learned that they would not be able to accommodate our Non-Smoking room reservation, and that we'd have to spend the night in a "Smoking Optional" room...on a "Smoking Optional" floor. Smoking Optional...in Vegas? Anyone who has stepped foot in a casino knows what Smoking Optional smells like. Strike Two. Impressively, for the Bellagio, they were able to hold the count to 2 strikes. We complained about the room right there at the check-in counter. The clerk said he would "call his manager in the back" and lo and behold, there was another Smoke-Free room on a smoke-free floor that just became available. Now the good stuff...The hotel is a modern wonder. We had a Deluxe LAKE VIEW room. If you don't pay for a room with a FULL LAKE VIEW of the fountains, then there's really no point in staying at this hotel. My wife and I never tired of enjoying the dancing fountains with music accompaniment on the TV. Other than the INCREDIBLE view of the fountains and the strip - specially The Paris Casino, the rooms are standard hotel fare. We saw "O" - Cirque de Soleil. It was amazing, worth every penny. Go see it. We ate a Picasso. Service was amazing. Multi-course menu was mixed: the very good (poached oysters, butternut squash soup, the desserts) and the not so good (neither of us enjoyed our entrees: red snapper was overcooked, the pigeon was just gross). View of the fountains range from little/partial view to window seat to outside on the patio. Yes, there are Picassos on the wall. If you're into high-end shopping, then this is your hotel. Not only are there the nicest stores (Hermes, Chanel, Fendi, etc.), they all come with amazing views of the fountains while you shop. Bottom line: We had a wonderful time. Bellagio does the huge things very well; the little things not so well.

Awesome !

We stayed at The Bellagio for 4 nights. This hotel was breathtaking ! Absolutely the most beautiful hotel on the Strip. ... (We checked out all of the other hotels for future reference.) It had a great selection of award-winning restaurants, cozy little bars and high-class shops, as well as eateries and shops for people on a budget. The "O" Theater was right in the casino, which was wonderfully convenient. The room was huge and clean. The decor was both contemporary and elegant and everything looked very new. We stayed in the Spa Tower and I believe the front desk upgraded us to this newer tower for free. (He gave us a choice as to which room we wanted and suggested the Spa Tower himself.) Our room overlooked both the Strip and the Fountains. My only complaint was that the housekeeping staff didn't "make-up" the room as well as I would have expected for such a nice hotel. The room was clean when we arrived and we are clean people, so this wasn't a huge deal, but the decorative pillows were never put back on the bed, my robe was never hung up, the ironing board and iron were never put away, the shower didn't seem to be cleaned during our stay, turn down service only left chocolate the first night, the Directory of Services in the room was in Spanish only, the trash wasn't emptied everyday--that sort of thing. We've stayed at 4-star hotels where the housekeeping was exceptional, and I believe this was a 5-star. Simple solution--just don't leave a tip. Despite this, we would most definitely recommend this hotel and are looking forward to staying here again in the future !

See "O". It was wonderful ! Every single person I talked to recommended it. Also, "KA" at the MGM Grande was superb ! It was actually my favorite. Just get tickets for both shows before you get there if possible. We passed by the box office a couple of times and heard several people say they weren't going to be able to see the shows because they were sold out. You can get tickets for both shows at the Bellagio Box Office, I believe, because the hotels are related.

Although the hotel could not accommodate my original request they were able to move us to another room with a fantastic view ... of the strip and the fountains. Each night we could see the show from the comfort of our room. I recommend the Spa tower over the main hotel even though the walk is slightly farther from the lobby. It is quiet and has a great view. We visited every casino/hotel on the strip and by far Bellagio was the most elegant, cleanest, and best positioned.

Try the Taqueria Cañonita located in the Venetian. Great food and not overly priced. The service was really nice and the Mojito was perfect.

Entertainment tip, In Hotel

Pre-purchase your tickets to the "O" show if you chose to see it otherwise, you will have to wait in long lines to purchase it at the hotel and you won't get a good price either.

I would suggest taking cabs or trams for travelling. If you plan on walking from casino to casino were comfortable shoes, or you will have blisters.

Dining tip

It's best to catch the bus and go downtown to Fremont St., where the original hotels are and walk around. There are great deals on souvenirs and meals. Much more inexpensive on buffets in this area, than in the hotels on the strip.

Recreation/Attractions tip, Short Drive

For a little more than cab fare to and from the strip, I'd recommend renting a car during your stay. We got up early the day after we arrived, packed a breakfast and drove west about 20 minutes and had breakfast in Red Rock Canyon. They have a 13 mile scenic drive that is absolutely amazing. It's nice to take a moment to get away from the glitz of the strip for a few hours and take in the natural beauty that so many miss because they never leave the strip. Highly recommended!
