Likes utility over style
Simple yet excellent facility
Very conventional hotel that happens to be in the same place as the huge megahotels. No casino, no shows, no buffet. Clean, comfortable room, working elevators, flat screen TV with dozens of channels, typical "low-end" breakfast included (toaster
waffles, etc, no made to order eggs), typical room stuff (shampoo, coffee, etc). Front desk was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Parking spaces a little tight but navigable.
Like all Las Vegas hotels, they tack on a nonrefuseable resort fee beyond what you pay on

Great place, not so fair from strip
Stayed here during thanksgiving weekend. Wanted a place under $100 that is not to far from the strip and this place meet my requirements. Overall, staff was nice and place was clean and well maintain. Would stay here again.

Good for Business During Week
Nice comfortable bed/linens, good wireless internet and desk area, nice large shower(no tub). Smoke-free! Everything worked. Quiet. $8 resort fee was reasonable. . Friendly staff. Location met my needs(relatiuvely close to Convention Center) but I had a car. Walking distance to nice restaurants and bars-Morton's Gordon Biersch, Firefly Tapas.

LAS Vegas Trip
The Holiday Inn hotel is an excellent place to live in. Its in deed is keeping up its 3 star. The stay was very plesant. One suggestion to the mangement is to extend the shuttle trips based on the flight arrival to the hotel.

Great Stay
We went all over the Las Vegas Strip. I cannot think of anything that was missing from the entire service. Previous trips were about the same, although I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service, and the breakfast was stellar.

Brand New, Great Location and Price
This is a new facility -- new decor, flat screen TV, free indoor parking, WiFi, free use of business center (desktop with printer), shuttle to airport and "The Strip", totally non-smoking, small but well-equipped fitness room, nice pool with jacuzzi. The only negative was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. We were informed that one could be provided for a $15 fee for our four day stay. This is not a typical Vegas venue -- no slots, casino, buffet, or entertainment, and you need a car, cab, bus or free shuttle ride to get to "The Strip". Easy access to the interstates allowed for leisurely day trips out of town (e.g. Hoover Dam/Lake Mead, Mt. Charleston). Several upscale restaurants (Morton's Steak House, Roy's Hawiian, Gandhi and Buca di Beppo Italian) and a second tier casino ("Terribles") were within walking distance. A small restaurant in the hotel offered breakfast, lunch and dinner, and free coffee from 6 to 8 AM. If you're looking for clean, comfortable lodging centrally located at a reasonable price, this is it.

Two-for-one coupons are available in the hotel lobby for the dinner or breakfast/lunch buffet at "Terribles" casino across Flamingo Road. Not exactly fine dining, but a great price.
