Taste the robust flavor of the Old World at this Italian ristorante that blends traditional Sicilian preparation with contemporary, continental flair. Classic dishes such as lasagna, spaghetti Bolognese, and capellini with lobster tails are lightly seasoned to provide a full-bodied flavor and deliver more than a hint of elegance. Perfected Italian desserts and coffees round out the ample menu, and a full range of imported European wines are available to compliment any meal. Buono appetito!
A Las Vegas tradition - Bally's Steakhouse is decorated to resemble a New England-style hunt club. Nationally recognized chefs serve up favorites like slow roasted aged prime rib, bone-in sirloin steak, and Chilean sea bass nightly. And while the portions are generous, make sure to leave room for a signature dessert, as our banana cream pie and mile-high sundaes have allowed guests to leave satisfied for years. The Steakhouse is also the home of the Sterling Brunch - Champagne, Sturgeon caviar, and lobster mingle with freshly prepared sushi, omelets, and beef tenderloin, with tempting desserts and time-appropriate drinks- mimosas, anyone.

Enjoy the Latin music. Enjoy the fun. Bring your friends and meet new ones in our Mexican Holiday Everyday Atmosphere.
American favorites are available around-the-clock at this relaxed diner. Stop in for a tuna melt, some sirloin steak, or a simple slice of pie with a fresh cup of coffee.
Featuring live piano music, top-shelf premium liquors, and a refined setting, the Indigo Lounge caters to Bally's guests who enjoy the good life. Rich carpet and a supple seating area mix beautifully with signature cocktails and soothing music to produce a level of opulence that has made Las Vegas famous. Withdrawn from the casino floor, a trip to the Indigo Lounge is an escape to the glamorous gaming days of old.
Introduce yourself to a Japanese tradition by sampling the sushi at our authentic Japanese restaurant. The rotating sushi bar presents selections that gently glide by your chop sticks. Traditional table seating provides access to the sushi menu as well as selections of popular Japanese dishes, including Soba and Udon noodles. Beer and sake have been imported from the Far East to highlight the flavor of each dish and round out your cultural dining experience.
Refuel the body after a long day of swimming at this poolside cafe that specializes in short-order snacks.
With more than 175,000 square feet of versatile space, 43 self-contained meeting rooms, and two sprawling ballrooms Bally's means business. Newly renovated, every room is equipped with the latest sound, lighting, teleconferencing, and projection systems.
Even with all the meeting space Bally's offers, it may not be enough for oversized gatherings. Fortunately, Bally's is directly connected to Paris Las Vegas, creating a combined meeting space of more than 300,000 square feet — enough space for the largest groups and trade shows.

Austin Powers' Era Hotel
Dr. Knows Nov 26, 2009
Room upgrade was less than stellar, although the room was comfortable enough. Felt like Austin Powers would have been right ... at home with the decor. Velvet wall was really Vegas, Baby! Rucus in next room was promptly quelled by hotel security after complaining. The casino was also disappointing, many of the newer slots found at other casinos were nowhere to be found, casino also just looks "tired". No Bally restaurant services, they were closed for renovation so we had to walk a bit to adjoining Paris restaurants to eat, or go completely off-site.

Little advertised Explorer Pass Las Vegas was a great value, is available on-line, not affiliated with the hotel. Got two shows with a trip including transportation & meals to S. Rim of Grand Canyon for $149 per adult (trip is normally $150 by itself). Nearby Planet Hollywood Shops coupons for free also saved money on food and gifts at their shops. Groovey, Baby!

Bally's for location etc
Captain Canada Nov 25, 2009
Bally's South Tower needs updating, but the room was very clean, and these are the LARGEST hotel rooms on the strip. We ... stayed once at the Paris next door, and the room was so small we could hardly squeeze between bed and dresser, and no room for suitcases. Bally's room was like a suite by comparison! Also the location is unbeatable, with the Bellagio, Caesars, Flamingo, Harrah's, Paris, Planet Hollywood etc all within easy walking distance. When we checked in, we refused a $20/night upgrade to the North Tower, which is apparently renovated, but we were not disappointed about the outdated furniture in the South Tower, because a) we didn't use the furniture much other than the bed, which was excellent, and b) we were not paying Bellagio prices! We have paid one heck of a lot more money for fancy hotels where the rooms were terrible. We'd stay again at Bally's.

Everyone must experience Battista's Hole In The Wall Italian Restaurant. Walk out the side door of Ballys, cross at the pedestrian light, and you're there. Hollywood stars have eaten there for many many years, and we enjoy the food and the atmosphere every time we go to Las Vegas. Full liters of red wine and white wine are put on your table when you sit down, included in the meals which start at $20. We also ate at Maggiano's in the Fashion Show Mall, and would return there on our next trip.

Everything in Vegas seems sooo close, but trust me, it's not. Take cabs. Or there's some monorails that are free and the bus (called the Duece) offers a 24 hour pass for $7. Definitely the way to go, especially if you're wearing heels!

I recommend it
Experienced traveler Nov 24, 2009
I stayed at Bally's for 4 nights this past month. My room was on the 26th floor and was spotless. I have no complaints. ... The staff wasn't very friendly, but I found that most Vegas employees were pretty rude! Bally's location was awesome. It's smack in the middle of the strip. Their Jubilee show was so cheezy, yet awesome, if that makes any sense. It's what you think a show should be like when you visit Vegas for the first time. Huge head dresses and topless girls. They did a fabulous job. I also recommend seeing Cirque du Solei's Love and Cris Angel's Believe and the Blue Man Group. All fabulous. Definitely worth the price of the ticket. Overall, for my first trip to Vegas... it was awesome!

Went to gamble for a few days. Hotel was nice and in a good location with easy access to the Monorail. However, the fitness ... center cost $23 a day for guests and you have to make an appointment in advance to use it...rip off! Plus, it had very limited hours. Pool, Monorail access, Fitness Center, and the shops underneath the hotel were a long walk away. Pool was closed...an indoor pool would be nice this time of year for a hotel this size.
