A servicable property
I was impressed with the grounds. The 3 pools were an unexpected surprise. Plenty of parking, which is good. The room needed a fresh paint job. The shower head came to my chest. The air unit blowed constantly with out a thermostat. The location is great. Restaurant was nice. Lobby was very nice.

Great all-around value
I had never been to Vegas before and chose The Alexis for my 3 day stay. It was a bit of a walk to the strip, however certainly close enough and as i was not there to spend all my time on the strip, the location was great. It was very easy to get in and out of and to go anywhere i needed to go. As i knew from other reviews, it is very close to the airport and a bit noisy because of it. Also not a single utensil in the kitchen. To me it seems senseless to have a refrigerator and kitchenette, however NO microwave or utensils--not even a can or bottle opener. Unfortunately the time i was there, my building was having some problems with hot water. So i never had more than warm water for the shower. I asked about it and they said they were having some problems with that building and were working on it. Size of room and lay out of it was great, and despite the minor negative things (some out of their control) i would stay there again.

Clean comfortable hotel
I enjoyed my stay at Alexis Park. However it is a little bit of a walk to any bus stops, restaurants, or the strip. They had three pools and kept our rooms cleaned. They rooms were spacious and air conditioned. No shuttle available to the strip.

Great Resort!
I wasnt crazy about the outside of the hotel but our room was great, I loved the decor and the staff was awesome. the bed was comfortable the only complaint I have was the tub was cracked and the shower wasnt very good but everything else was great. It is walking distance to the strip so that was great. The walls are thin, you can hear everything thats going on outside and in the surrounding rooms.

Overall great experience
Clean, great landscaping, no noisy casino to trod through. Only minor complaints was the $18 breakfast buffet. The food was decent but that's a bit much. Also, I found the ATM to be out of order. I notified the front desk and they didn't seem to care (as if it happened often). A day later it was still broken. This was a minor issue though and I'd definitely go back.

One Night Stay
After spending nine nights in a plush resort on The Strip, I needed a comfortable hotel for my last night before heading to the airport early Sunday morning. Alexis Park was perfect. By going two long blocks off The Strip, I saved about $40 for the night, but still had a comfortable bed in a very large room - large enough to be a one bedroom suite if there were simply a wall to partition off the bed. I had called ahead on Saturday to see when my room would be ready. The same woman that answered my call eventually checked me in. She was efficient and provided great customer service. In contrast to other reviews I read, airport noise was not a problem at all.

Money-saving tip:
Long walk from hotel
If you will have a car or don't mind two long blocks to The Strip, the cheaper room price is nice.
