Vacation

Very modern, nice looking hotel. Stayed in single king bed with deluxe room city view. Had amazing view from 25th floor of City center, mgm, mandarin oriental, and new york new york rollercoaster in distance. Casino had fair minimum bets at ten dollars for most games (craps, bj). Poker too expensive. Breakfast buffet pretty good, will checkout dinner buffet when I go back to vegas. Did eat at julian serrano and the pub at the casino and both were pretty good. Went to gym a couple times since its included in the forced resort fee and its awesome. Almost forgot about the hot tubs and heated pools. I stayed away from the pool area because I assumed it was closed due to temperatures in the 30's. Well turns out they keep a couple hot tubs and one pool open at all times and though I didn't go in, the people who were swimming and hanging in hot tub looked comfortable

Honeymoon in Vegas

The hotel was amazing! Very beautiful and elegant. The staff were all wonderful, especially the concierge! My only complaint would be that they did not offer "casual" dining. We are not big spenders, we just wanted a simple breakfast and lunch (doughnuts, slice of pizza, etc.) and all of the restaurants at the Aria were very upscale and cashy! But we couldn't haven't asked for a more comfortable bed, luxurious amenities and the bathroom was awesome as well! If I came into some money, I would definitely stay here again, but until that happens, I might try somewhere a little less extravagant next time.

Unbeatable location and High Tech Hotel

The hotel was in the perfect location and very high tech. Probably not the best for the older folks. The curtains/lighting/tv/radio/bar were all controlled by buttons. Checkout could also be done on the tv in your room. Overall, it was a great experience! The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the check in upon arrival - the hotel had a lot of people checking, but the line moved.

Aria Resort& Casion in Las Vegas

This hotel is amazing. It is new, modern, high-tech, and has everything and anything you have ever dreamed of. This is not your typical hotel and casino. This is the place where you check in and don't leave the premise until it is time to check out. I had the most amazing time spent in this hotel. However, be ready to spent a lot of money. This resort is not cheap at all.

Great Hotel!

The hotel location was great - a bit set back from the strip, nestled in the middle of City Center. It was a 5 minute walk to the strip but it was well worth it as there weren't many stragglers from the strip making their way into the hotel – perfect for those who prefer less dense crowds in their hotel. The hotel room was top-notch. Very clean and modern. The advanced room-controls were cool. There were many restaurant options for dinner (too expensive for lunch) – nonetheless, there is something for all tastes and all budgets. The gourmet breakfast buffet at $15 per person was a great value ($25 on Sundays though). The staff was helpful and friendly – we didn't have any issues during our stay. The casino is very nice – it's not crowded and smoky like other hotels. The beverage-service was the best around – the waitresses were very quick with orders and would come back for refills even before you had a chance to take your second sip! My husband and I have been to Vegas 10+ times and have stayed in almost all of the 5* hotels. This is definitely on our top 3 list next to Bellagio and Venetian.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

CVS is at the base of city center. It worth taking a trip to pick up some waters, snacks, and alcohol. There is a free tram connecting Monte Carlo, Aria, Crystals, Vdara, and Belagio - its great for getting to Belagio; as for the rest of the stops, it was quicker to just walk.

Style and Comfort for a good price

Check-In and Check-Out were very easy and the staff here is very courteous and attentive. I would have given the Aria more than three stars (for stylish design, better ventilation for a less smokey atmosphere than other Vegas casinos, great integrated electronics in the room), but even though it just opened in very late 2009, it seemed to lack some attention to detail. In fact, I had to request to move to another room after I started to unpack because I saw scraps of food all over one edge of the bed and side table (as if it had not been vacuumed), there was dried and caked-on vomit on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet (absolutely disgusting and unacceptable), and there were scrapes in the varnish finish of the table/desk. So although the overall experience was fine, I wish the Aria lived up to or exceeded my expectations for unrivaled luxury and care (that would justify the price if the room), but it could not recover from such a bad and gross start.
