Great hotel, technology, people and location...
Going to be straight to the point as possible: - staff treated us great as guests, in error housekeeping forgot to clean our room 1 out of 6 days we stayed and we were followed up with promptly ( not that one day was a big deal we rarely stayed at our hotel was always out) asked for a desired time to come and clean and provided comp chocolates and slippers even tidied our things laying around -location closer to south outlets and airport and rental car centers and few steps away from crystals high end mall and cvs also close to pinkberry for frozen yogurt and Walgreens but further from central part of strip -valet is always prompt, a little far when picking up valet depending on what end of the hotel you're at -contains one of the best place for pastries "jean Phillipe" -lemongrass Thai restaurant was great but not so much for sushi at bar masa though...thumbs down for bar masa!!!! -touch screen remote controls curtains lights and music And can set up alarm for that too - toilet had own door, shower and tub together had its own door as well, double sinks works great -best soft pillows and bed -great view higher up rooms give better view we had the Cosmo marquee club view and the Cosmo pool view and planet Hollywood and some street view and mountains and the highway on the other side - wireless Included in the resort fee which is 25 bucks a day totaled 150 for us for 6 days - would stay again a little higher priced as its close to city centre and south and availability to free trams for their sister hotels (ie Monte Carlo and Bellagio) but we would probably stay more central next time as we had friends to meet at encore almost every night!

Awesome Christmas Getway
When my girlfriend and I were booking our hotel for the Vegas trip, we had three choices in mind: Aria, Bellagio and Wynn. We selected Aria because we got a very good deal. It turned out to be a huge success. Aria is located at the center of the strip, so all the major attraction places are all within walking distance. Hotel staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and modern, and we loved the bathroom so much. As for restaurants, we had a very good experience at Sage and the Lemon Grass, but were really disappointed by the tapas place. As a person from Chicago, I can think of four or five different tapas places that offer much better food at one third of the price.

Excellent Stay
The decor, the ambience and the location of the hotel is first class. The room is spacious, comfortable and tech savvy. The views are superb. The cons are 1) No coffee maker in the room and 2) $50 per day charge if you store your items (like water bottles, drinks etc..) in the room's mini bar. Essentially you cannot use the minibar as your refrigerator unless you're willing to pay $50/day. On the positive side, customer service was excellent. The housecleaning staff forgot to leave a pack of toiletries after the room was cleaned. I called and reported this to housekeeping in the morning. When I returned to the room in the afternoon, a small bag full of Aria toiletries (with many extras) was waiting for me in the room. My brother forgot his tablet computer in the room and realized it only after we checked out and went to the airport. He called the hotel right away from the airport and went back to see if he can get it. After his phone call, someone from the hotel's security had already gone up to the room, retrieved the tablet and brought it down to the lobby, waiting for him to come from the airport to pick it up. That was excellent service!!! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel
Everything about the Aria is great. It's new, trendy, well located. classy, sophisticated and was well priced too. The only thing it was probably missing was the entertainment aspect. Live shows, bands, music. If they can add that component it will amp up the energy levels like the other hotels.

Fantastic 5 day break
We had such a fantastic time! Having stayed in other hotels on the strip Aria didn't disappoint. We were very impressed. We were upgraded to a view of the strip and had an adjoining room to our friends. The hotel was expensive but you get what you pay for! Rooms clean and modern, bed massive and really comfy. We even got engaged in our room in front of the strip view in our room! All in all I would definitely go back!

Good, clean place to stay
[Pros: Room was clean and staff professional. Walking distance to VDara, Bellagio, City Center but can also take the free Tram ride. Lemongrass Restaurant was okay. Rice was undercook and dry. We still went to Bellagio for our buffet and Noodles to satisfy our asian appetite. Cons: Mattress was too soft for our taste. Borderline uncomfortable considering being up for almost 24hrs and still not able to sleep on the bed.
