Mini Bar
They tried to charge me $100 for putting a juice box in the mini bar, which I never did! Eventually, they took off the extra charge.

Love this hotel but...
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and we love the Aria. We purchased our package online which included a $100 credit towards food and beverage. When we checked in the staff was great and they told us which restaurants we could utilize our credit at and that upon checkout, the total we owed would get reduced by that credit. We checked out online to speed up the process and upon return home now see that they did not credit us our $100. Needless to say, I have to call to check into this in order to obtain my credit. The hotel should be equipped to handle these arrangements without additional follow up.

Amazing
The hotel was totally gorgeous and fabulous. We stayed for 10 nights. We were on the 28th floor which sounds high but the lifts are supersonic fast. Service and staff were great, very friendly and helped as much as they could with any query, including booking places to eat and the best form of transport. Unfortunately the food hall was shut for refurb so we weren't able to eat there. My biggest gripe has to be the fact that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and for a 5* I expected this, every morning we had to go downstairs and queue in a massive line for a cuppa!! The rooms were big, with a luxury feel to them, cleaned daily and on request. Please note that when looking at items in the fridge without your glasses on, taking them out to read what they are, you will be charged a silly amount! Lucky enough I explained what had happened, the staff were great and I was not charged a penny! I would suggest a whats in/on in this hotel pack, which includes what the casino has to offer, we didn't find out until the last day that free gambling lessons were available. I would have no hesitation in going back to the Aria, I have been to many places and Vegas before but this was the best holiday I had ever had!

Clean and new
I just went to Vegas for a couple days with my friends. It was super fun, the Aria was right on the strip and very nice and clean. It's a little pricey, but I am also a college student, so most things are pricey.

Buy a case of bottled water for your room. Tap water taste terrible and you wont want to buy the bottled water in the hotel for $5/bottle.
