Tahoe Vacation

Great location at Stateline with many activities nearby. Unfortunately we could not use our pre-paid tram ride at Squaw Valley due to thunderstorms in the area - but enjoyed the village. Great view of Lake Tahoe from our room - lots of good restaurants nearby. On what can be improved, the room was dated - really felt old and worn. Could use a refurb... Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wish we stayed elsewhere

We were driving through the south lake tahoe area, did a long hike and drove to the hotel to check in. The check in process went smoothly. We went to bed around 11:30 PM. The walls are ridiculously thin. At 1 AM, a party walking by in the hallway decides to stop and plan out their next day. My wife and I awoke up from a sound sleep and could clearly hear their discussion for 5 minutes before they moved on. At 1:30, a group walks by shouting Warriors! Warriors! Warriors! and wakes us up again. At 3, another group walks by with a singsong chant of Yes, yes, yes and a lone voice saying no, no no, repeated several times, also waking us again. The last group at 4 was drunk and cursing at each other loudly as they walked down the hall, again waking us. I talked to the desk clerk when checking out and he said there was nothing he could do. If you want to actually sleep, pick a different hotel. We will not be back for an overnight stay.

Long weekend trip

The hotel was nice, a smaller version of a Vegas hotel. Everything was clean and not too smokey in the casino. Parking was convenient. The bad part - there was only one floor show @ 7:30. We arrived at the hotel too late and missed the show. The restaurants all closed by 9:30. We paid $25 for two small burgers, one small fries & 2 small sodas.
