Surprised by last minute fees.

Hotel was great. Very clean. The only problem I encountered when checking in was that I was told I would be charged an extra $22.60 per night for access to the fitness room and wi fi. When I told them I didn't want either one, I was told it was mandatory.

It's okay

As far as hotel casinos go, this is not going to beat anything in Reno or Vegas. But the buffet was good, though a bit pricey for what was offered. Hotel is starting to show its age. Our air conditioner was hit-or-miss, and the elevator didn't detect us and tried to crush us. Valet service was very good. Also if you're coming from California, remember that everyone smokes here. Tahoe is nice!

Great scenary

I cannot say I was happy about the cost. I thought when we booked in included costs for most of the amenities. However, at check-out, an additional charge was tacked on for use of the pool and Wi-Fi. This should probably be made clear in the booking process.

Meh

Good location and two bathrooms was great. The waitresses in the casino were curt and borderline rude. Too expensive for mediocrity.

Great Stay at Harrah's

Friendly people, great clean rooms, perfect location. We loved the "his and her" bathrooms. Free valet parking was nice. Only (small) issue was the $3 soft drink vending machines
