Guests who enjoy the outdoors can walk out the front door to skiing -- the Heavenly Mountain Resort gondola is just steps away -- boating, fishing, and hiking. Decent for the price

The hotel is clean for the amount of people who stay there, we have been a few times and never had any trouble. Plenty of free parking and the proximity to heavenly and other casinos as well as lake access cannot be beat.
