There are only two choices in Jackpot, Cactus Pete's and the Horshu. If you there to gamble, spend the extra 10 bucks and stay at Cactus Pete's. If your passing through, save 10 bucks and stay at the Horseshu. Check in for the Horseshu is across the highway at Cactus Pete's.

overnight gambler
could have been better
Room was clean and bathroom was sufficient for a night's stay. Had to wait over an hour for a plug so we could use the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi had a strong chemical smell when used. Bed was uneven and not very comfortable. Could hade been better.

Night in Jackpot
The only room they had available was a smoking optional. Thank goodness it was not too smoky smelling. The room was clean and spacious and exactly in the right place for our trip to Idaho Falls.

Worth your buck
For the price, it was a decent hotel and right across the street to my destination, casino. Has a rustic look, but decent beds, clean sheets, clean bathroom.

great BUT
ordered a non smoking room got one with ashtrays! The neighbours must have chainsmoked all night as our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Unfortunate as the room was clean and large, the casino was nice and the buffet was excellent. Will not go back as cigarette smoke is disgusting!!!

Not worth the price
The room was as clean as you can get for an older hotel. The bed was old and every time my husband rolled over I would feel it. I would recommend spending extra money for Cactus Pete's.

Weekend Getaway
It was confusing at check-in; we had to check in across the street at another hotel. Overall the hotel had a charming "old western" feel to it. However, the cleaning staff must still use methods from 1800. Improve on the cleaning and the customer service, and you'll have a repeat customer.

Although there is a General Store in Jackpot, you would be wise to stop in Twin Falls and buy snack foods and drinks. The General Store is expensive.
