Oregon to Oklahoma
Beds were small and uncomfortable, one of the beds were wet. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal and milk or english muffin, coffee and orange juice. Only 2 towels in the room. Beautiful town. Will go back to Carson City but never to this motel. Cute in the front but most of the rooms are hidden in the back, looks like a dumpy motel 6.

Close to the action
Clerks at front desk very friendly and helpful with dining information. Having the coffee, tea, and hot water nearby with comfortable seating nearby, nice. Continental breakfast in mornings well supplied with goodies, but if sweet rolls were available it would have been over the top. Can't say enough about the guys taking care of the breakfast area, fast, friendly, and efficient.The room service : Excellent

Red's 395 Grill !! Ate there twice for dinner. Better be really hungry or you won't finish the whole meal. A fun and unique place. Hearty meal with great service.

Barely satisfactory
While the room was clean there was absolutely no noise barrier. Admittedly, the facility was at capacity, but the noise continued well into the morning hours which made it frustrating. The morning breakfast option include too many sugar-laced foods (cereals, yogurts, etc), which was disappointing. However, if one just needs a place to sleep (or try and sleep!), than the room for the price was nominally satisfactory.

Plaza Carson City
Situated well, walking distance to center of town, good bakery, coffee shop, restaurants nearby. Do not bother with the complementary breakfast, coffee diluted, offering was unappetizing. The hotel needs some refurbishing, but the room was clean. The shuttle is a great service because Carson City, unlike the Reno casinos, does not have shuttles to and from the Reno airport. City bus does not come regularly, taxis and limo services are expensive. Renting a car is a good option.

SECOND WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN
THE BEDS WERE SO HARD I HURT MY NECK AND BACK. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ENOUGH TOWELS. I WILL NEVER STAY HER AGAIN AND IT IS VERY OVER PRICED

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was quick to fix anything we were unhappy about. Mostly there was alot of inconsistant restocking of towels etc. by maids. We also had a pull out bed that was not always taken care of. There is a simple continental breakfast some were not aware of and there could be a better communication of everything available to guests as there are many more ammenities than we were aware of. Great food nearby and Capitol building and museums too.

Fabulous, family friendly food just a half block away. A great bar there too for a nice evening out.
