No rooms available in Henerson or on the strip, so we stayed here. It was a nice, basic hotel....

A good basic place to rest your head
No rooms available in Henerson or on the strip, so we stayed here. It was a nice, basic hotel. Clean but dated. Very disappointed the pool is not located outdoors as weather was 106 degrees. No sun for us! A/C worked well & the best coffee we had all weekend!

Boulder City/Hoover Dam
a smelly room just ruined the stay, and in the morning, they did not even have milk or cream for the coffee

great little wine and beer place in the heart of town that had super food and very helpful people

Disappointed
The Boulder Inn and Suites is a run down hotel in a good location with limited outside noise. It is located in the center of town within easy walking distance of workout facilities, several restaurants and bars. The bedding and towels are badly worn and do not smell fresh. The towels especially, were stained. The carpets are worn badly and are not cleaned regularly. My wife and I worked out the first morning of our stay and we put the do not disturb sign. After returning, we cleaned up, removed the do not disturb sign and left by 10:30A.M. On our return that evening our room was still not cleaned and the maids had left for the day. We had to engage the staff verbally in order to get our roomed cleaned. The size of the room and storage is adequate.

Short walk from hotel
There is good dining, bars, coffee places and lake mead within walking distance. There is some shopping. There is an excellent workout facility just 2-1/2 blocks from the hotel.
