Pretty Good
If you're looking for a basic hotel that's acceptable (clean, comfortable, safe) so you don't have to pay for fancy stuff you don't really need, this is a good one. We stayed here for my daughter's CNA exam, and this one was very close to where the test is administered. It's exactly what we were looking for - acceptably clean and comfortable and without the expensive and unnecessary extras that mostly just serve to escalate your bill. We just wanted to get there, get the test done and get home, without a lot of expense, and this was perfect.

Pleasant experience..
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was right off the hiway, near several restraunts. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Our room was comfortable and for the most part clean..the carpets were in dire need of a good shampooing. The price was reasonable.. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Surprisingly reasonably priced motel. Nothing outstanding but a clean, quiet and bug free motel. We were very satisfied with our stay.

JUST TRAVELING
stayed at this hotel before but had forgotten how old it was. needs major upgrade to stay the on wwebsite. Beds wwere very hard didn't not get alot of sleep because of that shower head was away to high for my wife most women would get a headwetting even if they want it. The b'fest was ok did have a hot waffle maker and cold stuff. Was quite but it seems it was used more the construction persoennel in the area than tavelers.

K-bobs next door is ok if you don't to drive but seat are wore out, los Arcos is a good steak house a little expensive for the avg traveler. Denny's across road.

Lost Gem
Room was clean and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fridge and microwave were a plus/ Nice pool and easy access to highway. Took walks every morning it is beautiful. Free breakfest is a plus. I would stay again.

Prof Wasteland
Large room, clean, convenient stay
I usually don't stay at $50 rooms but saw good ratings for this hotel so took a chance. Lots of parking and all rooms are ground floor for easy unloading. It was clean, beds were comfortable, it had two sinks- one in the bathroom and one out, and the sink/bathroom area was large. WiFi worked great. Comfort Inn was across the street for double the price but I am really glad I stayed at the Hot Springs Inn and helped support the private business. I was worried because it is "pet friendly" but there were no animal odors in the room. The pool was closed. I will always stay here when I am in ToC. The mexican restaurant up the street served cold food and had poor service (because of Memorial day weekend?), try someplace else.

Good motel
This was just an overnight stay for us, but we were pleased with the things I've mentioned above. Plus they offered a very good breakfast attended by a friendly helper.
