The Days Inn Taos, New Mexico is located in Northern New Mexico in the Foothills of the Sange de Cristo Mountains. We offer a free continental breakfast, free hi-speed wireless internet and free local telephone calls. While in the Taos area relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains, Rio Grande White Water Rafting, snow skiing on Taos Mountain, trolley car tours, Angel Fire and Red River ski areas, local art and shopping. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Taos Ski Trip

Our cleaning person was not friendly. When we told her the coffee pot was missing, she said we probably broke it. She failed to make the bed on two of the five days we stayed there. The man who ran the place was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He was, however, very late to set up breakfast every morning. It was never ready before 7:30 in the morning. On the last morning before we left, there were many guests irritated because breakfast wasn't even started at 7:30 AM. I will not stay there again!

Sub-standard

Waited 7 minutes to check in because girl behind front desk was on her cell phone. Had a double occupancy room for 4 people and could not get staff to understand why we needed 4 towels instead of 3.When I went downstairs to get more, there was a woman in the "housekeeping area" putting laundry in the washer. When I asked for extra towels, she explained that she didnt work there she was just doing her laundry. She did however give me an extra towel. Housekeeping took the change left on the dresser UNDER the ice bucket. Man at front desk both mornings sighed when I asked questions and seemed generally irritated to be bothered. Unlikely that I will ever give Days Inn my business in the future.

Basic, good value

Slept here on a quick guys skiing trip. We wanted a decent and cheap place to stay. This worked well for us. The breakfast wasn't much but it will do.

Days Inn Taos

The hotel was clean. But the bed smelled gross and the coffee was not drinkable. The continental breakfast was not edible - there wasn't even syrup for the waffles. I won't stay again.

Basic and Clean

Great hotel if you need a cost effective place to stay on your snowboarding trip. If you want a place with more ambiance I would suggest a bed and breakfast.

Convenient Location

We had to request a replacement light bulb in the bath room, a coffee maker and washcloths. Housekeeping took care of everything immediately. Breakfast was all white flour and sugar--we skipped it.

wouldn't stay again

The AC was broken and noisy, the room was dingy and we could hear all of the noise from the hallway. We had a hot restless night in a very mediocre room.

Very pleased

The front desk manager was extra pleasant and very helpful with suggestions. The room was clean and had everything we needed micro & frig & iron and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Great price to boot. Will go again.
