Service Is The Difference

Las Palomas is a collection of different properties adjacent to one another and the old town of Santa Fe. The different properties seem to have different offerings and are held together by the excellent staff lead by general manager, Al, and Gabriel at the front desk. They are always available to serve your needs and to make your visit to Santa Fe special. The complimentary breakfast was hearty and fresh with made-to-order omelets and waffles. .Due to its attentive staff, Las Palomas has more of a B&B flavor. At the end of a long day, we looked forward to returning to Las Palomas to enjoy their complimentary cafe latte, fresh cookies, and chats with Gabriel.

1st Review for a Great Reason

Las Palomas deserves the highest rating. The helpfulness and laid back nature of the entire staff at Las Palomas was a breathe of fresh air. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, had a full kitchen, stereo, two flat screen TV's, and large living room with a wood burning fire place. They offer free parking (one of a kind around the Plaza in Santa Fe), and excellent amenities.

Great Bed and Breakfast!

This place was great. A nice room with small kitchen and bathroom. In the morning the breakfast was amazing. Made to order omelets and waffles along with freshly made danishes, fruit and made to order coffee, lattes and cappuccino. The staff was great and very helpful. You should definitely stay here.

Santa Fe weekend

Las Palomas has several locations, all within a block or two of the central office. Ours, a casita with fireplace and king bed, definitely showed some wear - the bathroom had some minor water damage, ugly grout and chipped paint and a wobbly door on the vanity. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable. That's the average part. The location, a short walk to the Plaza, was terrific. The free shuttle gave us a break from walking when we needed one and we never waited more than 10 minutes. Gabriel, on the desk staff, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in finding restaurants -- and a grocery that sold blue corn tortillas! The full breakfast offered many choices and was very tasty. The exercise room was well-equipped and lightly used the 3 days we were there. Overall, I'd stay there again, but would appreciate it if they spiffed things up just a bit!

Destination Wedding Weekend

We booked at the Las Palomas because that is where the bride & groom had booked, and everyone else was staying there as well. After reading some of the reviews online, we were quite skeptical about staying here, cause there were some horror stories. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We booked the Zona Rosa 1BDRM Condo, and loved it. The whole property is rather old, but it is kept up very well! The room was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace inside the room with the Pinon wood was awesome. The free breakfast was incredible! Everyone there was extremely polite and helpful! The bed was very comfortable! The rest of the people that were there for the wedding were in the Pueblo building, and I will say that those rooms are a lot older and not as mondern. They are more rustic for sure, however still kept up pretty well! If I went back to Santa Fe, I would definitely not hesitate to stay at the Las Palomas Zone Rosa condos again!

Santa Fe

The hotel is in downtown. I saved half the cost of two major hotels, and was 3 minutes walking distance away. The walls of the rooms are a little thin, although they are exterior walls. Each room has an appartment style outside entrance.

Overwhelmingly good!

We were just overwhelmed by this place. Didn't really expect what turned out to be a small home away from home. Nice kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The full breakfasts (including cappuccino, omelets, waffles) were wonderful. We read some reviews that indicated the appointments were less than new...really it seemed more just a 'folk art' approach to decorating...Close to town, you can walk to almost everywhere. Shuttle services to restaurants, knowledgeable staff that gave everyone personalized recommendations for dining, day trips, shopping...Loved it! Would recommend it to anyone.
