Excellent service

I rated the room comfort down one notch because the first night I did not heat in the room! The hotel fixed it immediately and bent over backwards to make sure all was well after that. There's internet in all the rooms. Coffee or tea available at reception whenever you want. They offer a "continental" breakfast, but omelettes and pancakes are made to order along with toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It is located within walking from the central Plaza of Santa Fe and they offer a shuttle if you need to get a bit worker. I'd stay there again!

AWFUL!!!

We stayed in the one bedroom casita. The kitchnette was filthy, dust on everything even the papertowels. The bathroom had numerous stains on the walls, mold in the bathtub and a nasty piece of wood covering a old window. There was a lingering musty smell. Our view was to a parking lot of a neighboring apartment complex. We were afraid to try the breakfast. We've stayed at other 4-5 star hotels in Santa Fe this place can't even compare. We will NEVER stay here again.

Great time at Las Palomas!!!!

Both my partner and I had a very pleasant stay at Las Palomas Bed & Breakfast. The staff couldn't be better, friendlier and helpful. Our hats off to Tina & Al for all their help with directions and assistance. Hope to visit again, thank you.

A lovely spot!

When choosing a hotel online, it's always a challenge but this time I was extremely happy. The staff were all so pleasant and happy to be there. It was a great location with the shuttle to take you and pick up in town. We even had lovely Native American live music played during the wonderful free breakfast. The bed was to die for! I will definitely stay again on next visit. Please try it, you'll be happy there.

Great downtown location

Loved being just a few blocks from plaza---we walked everywhere we wanted to go once arriving at the hotel: great eateries, musuems, shopping, farmer's market, etc close-by. Was surprised by the $5/nite Historic Preservation fee that we paid upon check-out. Not really objecting to this, just surprised. Maybe that could be included in the hotel info., so there would be no surprises. Good breakfast with variety, too. .

rustic getaway

the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean. since the floors are painted concrete, it was puzzling why they don't warm it up with some colorful rugs. not as near downtown as I thought, but walkable

warm, comfortable, friendly atmosphere with amazing breakfasts

Our second stay - great location, very private, wonderful staff & would certainly there again. Only item lacking was a hair dryer, but not a problem. Everything you could possibly need on a daily basis, almost like home.

old world charm

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this room. However, after a friendly check in, I began to feel a bit more at ease. Once I arrived to my room at the Duran House, I was pleasantly surprised. The room had old world charm with fixtures that seemed to look 1000 yrs old but had modern tweaks thrown in for good measure. Great room, great rate, and a great location.
