Very enjoyable stay at this hotel

My wife and I really liked the location of this hotel and we liked the patio and the pool area. The fact that they provided free shuttle service to town and back is a great plus.We didn't have to use our rental car to go anywhere in town.Breakfast and lunch were very good, but dinner was a little disapointing. We will be back in the near future.

Great for Leisure, Less for Business

Lovely hotel. Comfortable, attractive, convenient location. Excellent dining. Nice fitness room. Only shortcoming is that at least our room wasn't arranged ideally for business needs. No accessible electrical outlet by the desk, work lighting not great. But lovely for leisure/vacation.

Great Hotel! Central Location!

The hotel is within the circle of the downtown area and is thus walking distance to everything. This is important owing to a lack of parking spaces in the historic center of Santa Fe. Upon arriving, we were greeted by extremely friendly and cordial hotel employees at the desk, who upgraded us without charge from a junior suite to a king suite. The hotel itself was extremely clean and very much what you'd expect from good southwest decor. The pool and hot tub were great, although the pool did look larger in the website photos. In any case, a great extended weekend with no complaints!

Santa Fe getaway

Reserved a king room. We drove 5 hours to get there and got last room in the hotel. Small with double beds. Very disappointing but we were tired. Front desk was lame that night but Nathan the next morning rescued us and we got a MUCH better room for the second night. Great location.

Not bad

The room was clean but small, staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is quite good. TV was an old non-HD tube model. I was served a glass of sour milk with my dinner in the lobby restaurant, and the continental breakfast in the lobby is not free.
