Nice but needs new rollaway bed
The hotel is very close to the plaza in Santa Fe and the room was quaint and homey with southwestern decoration. We had booked the room for 3 people, my husband and son, with the understanding that there would be a sleeper sofa. The sofa was not a sleeper, and there were no other rooms available. They gave us a roll-away bed, however my son said it was like sleeping on nails. Springs poked through the mattress everywhere. I imagine that this would be a great value for a couple, but not for more than that.

Very good place
The condo was comfortable and convenient. The location, high above Santa Fe, is excellent. The pool is clean and welcoming, and not too deep (good for younger children). The kitchen facilities were good. The only real problem is that we could not locate the office. The sign should read "Fort Marcy Hotel Suites" as well as "office".

Santa Fe near downtown
The room was 64 degrees with the furnace off when we arrived at 7:30 pm. It took until 10:30 pm until we got warm. Otherwise, the suite (really a single floor condo) was comfortable and extremely roomy with plenty of furniture. The TVs are very old, tube, with no cable. The beds were comfortable and the supplies, toiletries, towels, etc., were adequate. We enjoyed the roomy condo very much due to it's proximity near downtown, except for the very cold start.

"Fantastic family accomodation
Expellant location very close to city center. Very clean and large rooms, and good price. Recommended . BUT be sure that [...]will arrange the booking, because we waited 30 minutes at 8 p.m. for somebody to give us the keys. They stated that they don't have any information from [...].

Less than advertised
The unit we stayed in lacked most of the advertised features from the website. The kitchen and bathrooms were badly in need of updating. The carpets needed a deep cleaning and probably replacement. There were no fans in the unit to circulate air, so you either attempted to sleep with a noisy air conditioner, or opened the window with no ability to move the air. Three nights of very little sleep.

Cute condo but very poor service !
The condo was very cute with a bit of romance. The views from outside were spectacular, especially at sunset. They advertised free WiFi ... good thing it was free as it only worked starting about 9 pm the night before we left. The front desk was of no help, rather than trying to fix the problem they wanted me to call tech support ... I told them since none of my 3 phones/iPad would work that the problem must have been theirs, not mine. There was no housekeeping during our 3 day stay, they didn't even bother to replace the coffee ! No, we will not stay here again and can't recommend it to others.

A beautiful condo & location.
We spent three days there, visiting friends, galleries, shops, restaurants & Taos. One highlight was the Native American Artists show at the Convention Center. Our mini-vacation was just perfect.

Spacious, clean
The room was lovely, large and clean with lots of amenities but we could not control the a/c and the temp was 84 degrees. The staff moved us to another room when we reported it and we were fine. The staff was not at all caring when my nightgown disappeard from my room and did nothing to cover the cost of find the culprit.

Disappointing
Had stayed here 2 yrs ago and enjoyed it. Not so much this time. Rude clerk, many steps, dirty carpet. The pool closes at 7 pm, so good luck using it if you're out all day. On the plus side, it was very peaceful and quiet. You will not get any maid service, and it is quite a jaunt to the pool, computer, and office. Will have to really consider if I want to stay again.
