Loudest HOTEL I ever stayed in !!!!!!!!!

Rooms seem nice - but the walls are paper thin and the doors slam on everyroom so it shakes the whole floor no matter where you are - in addition got into the room and there was poop in the toilet and under the seat already !!! Nasty the wife says. Next day asked for a quiter room and they put me in one that had the bed up against the elevator shaft and there were pastachios shells on the bed already!!. got a third room, not bad, but still loud as hell. it was very large with a nice 20 inch TV at the other that I needed binnoculars to see while in bed. oh well thanks for nothing but we wont be back to that BW again. ( guess they never heard of flat screens )

Wow. I'm shocked, honestly.

We had hairs in our bed, got a 2nd room - there were stains and crumbs in that bed. The third room was fine. But, we had been promised a discount the next time we stayed there for our inconvenience - but when we called to try and redeem that discount and make another reservation - the GM -Billy Thompson -was completely arrogant and disrespectful and actually ended up hanging up on us- we weren't even yelling or anything. But, then again, if he handled this situation that way - no wonder he's not managing the cleaning staff.

Fall get-away to Santa Fe

We enjoyed our stay here. Though it was bit far from the center of town, it was worth the drive. Quite comfortable for the price.

Fun in Santa Fe

The hotel provided all the basic amenities, at an great price. Saving lots of money on our hotel allowed us to enjoy some awesome restaurants and other activities! The hotel was fairly close to the Plaza and to I-25, so it was easy to get to the sightseeing we wanted to do. Santa Fe Lover

Typical for hotels of this kind.

My husband and I are a mature couple who stayed here as a base for two nights to explore Santa Fe and Bandelier. The staff was friendly, the breakfast typical of hotels of this nature, and the room was comfortable. The carpets in the room and halls were a bit dirty. We were about ten minutes by car from the center of Santa Fe, which was fine with us. There are restaurants and shopping centers in walking distance to the hotel.

Don't miss visiting Bandelier just north of Santa Fe. The cliff dwellings and remains of the pueblo are fantastic!

Decent for the cost

the hotel was about 8 miles from the downtown area. It was easy to find and get a cab, but expect to pay 15-20 dollars each way. Parking is such a hassle downtown, it was worth it. The hotel was basic and the furnishings cheaper than the pictures lead me to believe. The best part was the bed and bedding which was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was small, the shower creaked in the floor which made considerable noise for someone still sleeping. The hotel is very noisy and you can hear everything above you, in the hall, doors were slamming all morning. It felt like the people above you were in your room. A little creepy and neither ne of us got much sleep. We did not get to take advantage of the breakfast either morning as it was extremely crowded with kids and families and we didn't want to wait. Same with the pool and hot tub. The amenities were there, but they were very small for the number of people using them and we wanted something more relaxing than splashing around with families. Overall, it was decent for the cost as we didn't want to spend a lot of money on this quick trip. Ok for 2 nights but if we had stayed longer, I would have chosen something a bit more high end and within walking distance of the hip art and restaurant areas. I would not say this was a good hotel for couples.

Jambo's restaurant next to hobby lobby is just up the street from this hotel. It was amazingly great African/Caribbean food. Excellent value and a great treat in this suburban part of town. Make a reservation on the weekend.

Our Indian Market Trip

was Great, Hotel was clean and comfortable. No schuttle to the downtown market but bus is close. We used our car, hard to find parking in Town but it worked out and we had a great time. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Would go there again. The price was perfect.

All the dining and shopping you need in walking distance ordrive into town. Lots of reasonable price place to eat with out the high price of downtown.
