Just OK
we visited family while in Ruidoso. If you are going to the racetrack Holiday Inn has free programs. Something we did not know, but wished we would have. The bed was to soft for us so we did not sleep super well. The breakfast had many choices but when we arrived the coffee (6 pots) was out and the items picked over. Slow to refill but there were a lot of poeple there. Front desk was friendly as well as the housekeeping staff.

Holiday inn Express Ruidoso Review
Holiday inn Express Ruidoso was a great hotel. Very clean and quite. The room My husband and I stayed in was a King with jacuzzi tub. It Was Very Spacious, although the jacuzzi tub was small. The over all customer service was Great and room quality was great as well. The Breakfast however was not so grand. The Hotel was off the HWY but was close to most attractions in Ruidoso, NM.

Friendly & Quiet
Very friendly staff at hotel, very clean, nice and quiet. The food was excellent. Great location to get to Ski Apache, shopping, gambling and race track. Hotel staff advise which gambling casino had tables and who did not. Also, provided city maps for easy directions to local attractions. The experience was great and a wonderful place to rest in the evenings.

Overworked
A friendly, clean place
We visited the Cowboy Symposium for the weekend and the hotel was close to the event. Breakfast was fresh and yummy and the people were great.

very clean but overpriced
This was a very clean hotel however I believe that the prices were raised due to the Golden Aspen Motorcycle Rally.

Get Out of Town Man
Excellent Breakfast
Enjoyed staying at the hotel. The hot breakfast they served was one of the best we have experienced for a hotel at this level. The rooms were very clean and the attendants were very friendly.

Very Satisfying
When I checked in, the pool was closed awaiting inspection from some recent repairs. The next afternoon, the front desk called to let me know the pool was now open since I had asked about it the night before.

Staff Make The Stay
The outstanding aspect of this hotel is by far the staff....they were helpful in accessing local entertainment venues and food experiences. I also enjoyed the bat flying down for a drink while I was swimming....

The most interesting attraction was of course the Alien Festival in Roswell. There are also museums focused on the wild west, cultural food stands and art created by local artisans.
