Good stay for a few nights
The room was nice and large and was designed well. The tv was located kinda strangely but the room had a microwave and refrigerator which was very useful. The courtyard and sceneary was very nice. The breakfast provided was pretty good but not the best. Overall the stay was worth the $65 a night but not the regularly charged $85 a night. The hotel was also very pet friendly and charged $25 a night per pet.

Quiet & spacious
The room was very spacious and the courtyard gave the illusion of being in the country. Close to everything we needed. There were 2 weddings while we were there and were never inconvenienced by noise or people. Overall a nice stay.

Not what we expected
Booked this trip 6 mos in advance...did not get king size bed we asked for. Maid service was inconsistent at best...left different items diff days, did not vaccuum some days, etc. Grounds looked very different than photos on interent...not taken care of as well as suggested. Average hotel at best. Was convenient location for ballloon fiesta.

Could have done better!
We picked this hotel because the closeness to my daughter's home. But it was a mistake. The hotel was not cleaned properly as three days in a row the same scrap of paper and dirt remained on the floor of Bathroom. Then when the staff did straighten the room we came back after being out all day to find the light above the sink on and the door open 4 inches. When I complained to the night desk clerk she said they have had problems with the doorlock. Then the next day the Manager blew us off saying it was our fault. As far as the amenities we never had a hot shower and the breakfast was just BLAH. I guess next visit will be at the hotel just down the street.

My Opinion is My Opinion..........
Not Happy
I understand I got a discount for this hotel, but I would have not been happy paying full price for this room. Room number 230 was suppose to be a King Delux it might as well have been a "King Blah." The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The colors in the room was very bland colored with a 70's feeling. The bathroom wall across from the tolet has something on it I left a note after the first day (due to not seeing it that am) for the house keeper to clean it and was not done so I asked the front desk to have them do it.... well it was not done. The breakfast was not bad it had boiled eggs, yogart, fruit, cereal, and bagels which was a nice variety. The Entry of the lobby could have been advanced to the room for the flare and cleaness. One other nice thing was that you have to have your room key to get in to the courtyard region to get to your room there is light on the perimeter of the building but still very dark in spots which was a concern for me. (there was a drunk lady trying to get in Saturday evening when we came in and it was nice to know that she could not get in until someone let her in but we did call the office to take care of that.) And last but not least. They have wedding in the court yard, I understand closing the pool but the fact is that I believe the other guest of the hotel should have been given notes that morning that the pool would be close so that we could have plan out day a little better we had to spend 2 hours in the room when we could have been at the pool that I believe I paid for to go swimming in. So my over all was very poor I would not stay at this hotel again!!!!!! Honestly I would have left the hotel to go to another if I would have been able to get a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
