We needed a last minute place to stay after our Albuquerque reservation didn't pan out (they gave us smoking, when we requested non-smoking). We found this place, but it is FAR from Albuquerque. Distance typically isn't an issue, but we needed to
wake up early for the Balloon Festival, so the longer drive was not ideal. Other than that, the room was as expected: clean, some things modern and others not, and the WiFi was actually quite good.
check in was a nightmare, desk person shut off the computer 4x's & had to keep starting over, didn't quite know what he was doing. When we got back from supper that night, we had a blinking light. Called the front desk & had to go down &
straighten things out. He had put down that we were in rm 206 when in actuality we were in 114. They didn't know it. Breakfast was super sparse. Pets were allowed in rooms & there was barking in the halls. Would not stay there again. Maids were super friendly & did a very good job
